A disclosure of the present specification provides a power control method. The method may comprise a step of receiving an upper layer signal by a user equipment (UE) in which dual connectivity between a first cell and a second cell is configured. Here, the upper layer signal may comprise configuration information to be used for the dual connectivity. The configuration information may comprise one of a first configuration and a second configuration. The user equipment (UE) in which the dual connectivity is configured can be connected to a first cell group including the first cell and a second cell group including the second cell, respectively. Here, each cell group may belong to an individual base station (eNodeB). The method may comprise a step of performing power control with regard to an uplink transmission to one or more of the first cell and the second cell, on the basis of one of the first configuration and the second configuration.

A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing a cell search procedure or a cell discovery procedure in which a discovery signal is transmitted to a resource element determined in consideration of interference between adjacent cells. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a discovery signal generated by a particular small cell; and searching for the particular small cell on the basis of the discovery signal, wherein the position of the resource element to which the discovery signal is transmitted may be changed according to time.

The present specification discloses a method for allowing user equipment (UE) to concurrently access a plurality of cells. The method may comprise the steps of: setting connection with any one cell corresponding to a primary cell among frequency division duplex (FDD)-based cells and time division duplex (TDD)-based cells; receiving, from the one cell, first cell indexes for the FDD-based cells, and second cell indexes for the FDD-based cells; and setting connection with a secondary cell indicated by any one of the first cell indexes and the second cell indexes. Here, at least one value of the first cell indexes may overlap with at least one of the second cell indexes.

In one disclosure of the present specification, a method is provided for transmitting a reference signal in a small-sized cell. The method for transmitting the reference signal may comprise the steps of: generating, by the small-sized cell, a sequence of the reference signal, based on a physical cell ID and cell load degree; transmitting, by the small-sized cell, the generated sequence of the reference signal on a mapped resource element (RE); and transmitting, by the small-sized cell to a terminal during camp-on, information about the cell load degree used during the generation of the sequence of the reference signal.

A method for cell discovery by a discovering cell may comprises the step of: the discovering cell receiving first discovering resource configuration information from a master cell; and the discovering cell receiving a discovering signal from at least one discovering target cell on the basis of the first discovering resource configuration information, wherein the first discovering resource configuration information may comprise information indicating a first time resource for the discovering cell to receive a discovery signal by means of a first frequency band, and information indicating a second time resource for the discovering cell to transmit downlink data to a terminal by means of the first frequency band.

A method and a device for detecting a discovery signal in a wireless communication system are provided. A wireless device receives a discovery setting for detecting a discovery signal of a target cell from a serving cell, and detects the discovery signal transmitted by the target cell according to the discovery setting. The discovery setting includes information on a discovery subframe to which the discovery signal is transmitted among a plurality of subframes.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for aggregating a plurality of cells. According to the method, a first cell may determine whether to add one or a plurality of second cells for user equipment. Here, a maximum number of cells are determined depending on a number of cells that belong to the first cell and the one or the plurality of second cells and whose reference configuration has been set as a specific Time Division Duplex (TDD) UL-DL configuration and a number of cells that have been actually set as the specific TDD UL-DL configuration. Also, the first cell may transmit a configuration for adding one or a plurality of second cells to the user equipment based on the determined maximum number of cells.

Provided are a method for transmitting an ACK/NACK by a terminal configured with a plurality of serving cells, and a terminal using such a method. The method comprises: receiving data from a downlink subframe of a first serving cell; and transmitting the data for the ACK/NACK signal from an uplink subframe of a second serving cell; wherein the uplink subframe is determined in accordance with the ACK/NACK timing of the first serving cell, or the ACK/NACK timing of the second serving cell if the data is received from a downlink subframe of the second serving cell, which is identical to the downlink subframe of the first serving cell.

There is a provided a method for deciding transmission power to securely transmit data, the method comprising: determining a transmission rate toward an intended receiver, based on an upper limit of a decoding error probability of the intended receiver and a lower limit of a decoding error probability of an unwanted over hearer; and deciding a transmission power toward the intended receiver based on the upper limit and the lower limit. Here, if the upper limit is lower than the lower limit, the transmission toward the intended receiver is not performed.
