    Abstract: A vehicular exterior lighting assembly includes a plurality of lighting devices. The plurality of lighting devices includes a first lighting device operable to emit light for a first lighting function and a second lighting device operable to emit light for a second lighting function. A plurality of micro-LEDs of the lighting devices are disposed at electrically conductive traces of at least one flexible circuit element. Packing density of the micro-LEDs at the at least one flexible circuit element is at least 10 micro-LEDs per square centimeter. Each individual micro-LED of the plurality of micro-LEDs when operated to emit light passes less than 4 mA electrical current. With the vehicular exterior lighting assembly attached at an exterior portion of a vehicle, light emitted by the first lighting device and light emitted by the second lighting device, when operated to emit light, is viewable exterior the equipped vehicle.

    Abstract: A vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly includes a base portion configured for attachment at an exterior portion of a vehicle, a mirror head having a mirror reflective element, and an actuator within the mirror head. When the mirror actuator is electrically operated, the mirror actuator moves the mirror head and the mirror reflective element together and in tandem relative to the base portion. The mirror reflective element is adhesively attached at a mirror back plate. The mirror back plate is attached at a head mounting plate, which is attached at the mirror actuator. A service recess is at and between the mirror back plate and the head mounting plate and is accessible from exterior the mirror head. The service recess is configured to enable detachment of the mirror back plate, with the mirror reflective element adhesively attached thereto, from the head mounting plate.

With the exterior door handle assembly mounted at a door handle region of a vehicle door and when the illumination source is electrically powered to emit light, light emitted by the illumination source illuminates the door handle region of the vehicle door. The illumination module is located and oriented at the vehicular exterior door handle assembly such that, when the illumination source is electrically powered to emit light, a hand grasping the handle portion to open the vehicle door does not block light emitted by the illumination source so that illumination is maintained at the door handle region of the vehicle door.

    Abstract: A vehicular interior rearview mirror assembly includes a mirror head adjustably attached at a mounting base configured to attach at an interior portion of a vehicle. A driver monitoring camera is accommodated by the mirror head so as to move in tandem with the mirror head when the mirror head is adjusted relative to the mounting base to adjust a driver's rearward view. A forward viewing camera is accommodated by the mounting base so as to have a forward field of view through the vehicle windshield. A processor is operable to process image data captured by the driver monitoring camera to determine (i) driver attentiveness, (ii) driver drowsiness and/or (iii) driver gaze direction. The processor adjusts processing of the image data captured by the driver monitoring camera to accommodate adjustment of the mirror head when the driver adjusts the mirror head to adjust his or her rearward view.

    Abstract: A vehicular slider window assembly includes a frame having upper and lower rails. A fixed window has an opening and the rails are attached at the fixed window. A movable window is movable between a closed position and an opened position. A carrier disposed at a lower edge of the movable window moves with the movable window between the opened and closed positions. A sensing system determines when the movable window is in the closed position and includes a switch assembly that is actuated when the movable window is in the closed position. The switch assembly includes a switch device within a housing. A portion of the housing is an end stop configured to limit movement of the carrier when the movable window is in the closed position. The switch device includes a contact and, when the movable window is in the closed position, the contact actuates the switch device.

    Abstract: A vehicular sensing system includes a sensing device disposed at a vehicle door of a vehicle. The sensing device includes a sensor element and at least one light emitting diode (LED) disposed at a circuit board.     Abstract: A vehicular imaging system includes a camera device disposed at an exterior portion of a vehicle. The camera device includes a pivotable arm that accommodates a camera. The pivotable arm is pivotally mounted at a mounting base at the vehicle and is pivotable between at least a drive position and a folded position. An actuator includes a pivot post structure attached to the mounting base and an output gear disposed at the pivot post structure, the actuator operable to pivot the pivotable arm about the output gear. The actuator includes a primary detent that is engaged to maintain the pivotable arm at the drive position when the pivotable arm is pivoted to the drive position.     Abstract: A vehicular interior rearview mirror assembly includes a mirror head pivotally adjustable about a mirror support. The mirror head includes a mirror reflective element having a transflective mirror reflector. A video display device is disposed rearward of the mirror reflective element. A touch sensor is disposed at the mirror reflective element and is associated with circuitry at a flexible printed circuit of the video display device. The video display device is operable to display video images captured by a rearward viewing camera of the vehicle. Light emitted by the video display device passes through the transflective mirror reflector for viewing of displayed video images by the driver of the vehicle viewing the mirror reflective element. The mirror reflective element, at the reflective region of the transflective mirror reflector, reflects at least 40 percent of visible light incident at the front side of the mirror reflective element.
