Abstract: Systems, methods, and circuitries are provided for performing sidelink communication. An example method generates SCI stage 1 and stage 2 for transmitting a transport block (TB) to a user equipment device (UE). The method includes determining the type of sidelink communication for transmitting the TB. An SCI stage 2 format is selected based on the type of sidelink communication. An SCI stage 2 payload is encoded in accordance with the selected SCI stage 2 format. The selected SCI stage 2 format value is encoded in an SCI stage 1 payload. The SCI stage 1 payload and SCI stage 2 payload are transmitted to the UE.

Abstract: A wireless device may establish communication with a network node and determine a relationship between transmission configuration indication (TCI) and bandwidth part (BWP). The wireless device may then receive an indication of one of TCI or BWP from the network node followed by determining the other of TCI or BWP based on the indication and using the relationship between the TCI and BWP. Finally, the wireless device may perform downlink communication using the indicated one of TCI or BWP and determined other TCI or BWP. The network node may be comprised in a non-terrestrial network and may specify via RRC signaling the relationship between TCI and BWP for the wireless device. The indication of the TCI or BWP may be provided by downlink control information (DCI), medium access control (MAC) control element (CE), an inactivity timer, or RRC reconfiguration commands.

In some embodiments, determining PDSCH hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) processing timing may include determining that a user equipment (UE) is configured for single downlink control information (single-DCI) multi-TRP PDSCH operation, determining a first PDSCH and a second PDSCH within a slot, wherein the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH are used in the single-DCI multi-TRP PDSCH operation, and determining a minimum HARQ-ACK processing timing for the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH using one or more symbols of the first PDSCH or one or more symbols of both the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for operating transceiver circuitry to communicate signals on various frequency ranges based on primary cell and/or secondary cell assignments. A controller associated with the transceiver circuitry may operate a receiver to receive a handover initiation packet using a first frequency range as a primary cell from a base station. The controller may adjust the receiver and a transmitter to use a second frequency range as the primary cell, to adjust the receiver and the transmitter to detach from the first frequency range as the primary cell, and to reset information corresponding to the first frequency range to enable attachment of the first frequency range to a secondary cell.

The UE can send a request to a base station for a reference signal. The reference signal is selected from the plurality of downlink reference signals of the location assistance data. Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein describe the use of synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block measurement time configuration (SMTC) 2 low power (SMTC2-LP) configuration(s). For cell measurements, a UE may determine that an SMTC2-LP configuration for one or more carriers of one or more target cells is known, determine a periodicity of SMTC occasions of the carrier(s) based on data found in the SMTC2-LP configuration(s), and cancel a cell measurement of an inter-frequency cell based at least in part on the periodicity of the SMTC occasion(s). For cell re-selection, a UE may determine that an SMTC2-LP configuration for a carrier being used at a target cell is known and that a physical cell identity (PCI) of the target cell is found in data of the SMTC2-LP configuration, determine a maximum paging interruption time using this periodicity, and perform a cell reselection to the target cell within this time.
