摘要: A motor-driven vehicle includes a first vehicle body with a fixed cantilever disposed at a front end thereof, and a second vehicle body with a fixed post disposed in front of the cantilever, and a connecting device interconnecting the first and second vehicle bodies removably. The connecting device includes a projection extending upwardly from a front end of the cantilever of the second vehicle body, and a spring-biased retaining block disposed movably on the post of the second vehicle body. The retaining block is biased to a position, where the projection is confined between the retaining block and the post so as to prevent relative movement of the first and second vehicle bodies.

摘要: A code-division multiple access power control for paging channel power and initial traffic channel power dynamically determines optimum initial channel power in accordance with pilot signal strength of a pilot signal as received at a mobile station and current forward link loading of the desired sector. The optimum initial paging channel power and initial traffic channel power may be determined either at a base station or a mobile switching center of the mobile communication system. A paging signal or call is transmitted from the base station to the mobile station over a paging channel and a traffic channel at the optimum paging channel and initial traffic channel power.

摘要: The present invention, in illustrative embodiments, implements systems and methods for adjusting the timing of access requests in mobile communications systems, such as IS-95-A mobile telephone systems, to reduce the likelihood of request collisions—especially during periods of very high calling rates. These embodiments employ measurements of access channel occupancy, as well as system operator inputs, to develop thresholds and parameter translations at a base station. Execution of control algorithms at a base station advantageously yields modified persistence test parameters sent to mobile stations. When overload conditions are present, these modified parameters cause the mobile stations to experience variable delays through judicious control of persistence testing at the mobile stations.

摘要: A telescopic tube is disclosed. By pressing and rotating a switching button, an abutting section is aligned to a first hole of an outer tube and then elastically pushed by an elastic member, a pin section of the switching button is released from engagement with a fastening hole of the inner tube, and the position of the inner tube in the outer tube can be adjusted individually. After the inner tube is adjusted completely and the switching button is pressed to rotated again, the pin section is inserted into the fastening hole, the engaging section is engaged in the first hole. When the switching button is pressed, the movement of the inner tube makes the switching button release from the first hole and the third hole, and the inner tube, the control assembly and the inner mounting member are retractable in the through hole of the outer tube.
