    摘要: The present invention provides a motor controller for controlling a DC motor according to a reference signal. The motor controller includes a compensator, a pulse width modulation unit, and a motor driving unit. The compensator generates a control signal according to the reference signal and a sensing signal from the DC motor. The pulse width modulation unit generates a motor control signal by comparing the control signal and a ramp signal having a varying frequency. The motor driving unit receives the motor control signal and drives the DC motor according to the motor control signal.

    摘要: A multi-phase motor control method controls a multi-phase motor which includes multiple nodes respectively receiving a corresponding number of driving voltage signals to control a rotation of a rotor. The motor control method includes: sensing a signal phase of a current signal corresponding to at least one node, for example by sensing a zero-crossing point of the current signal; determining a reference phase for the current signal; calculating a phase difference between the signal phase and the reference phase; and controlling a phase switching frequency of the stator according to the phase difference, such that the signal phase is close to or in phase with the reference phase, to thereby obtain an optimum rotation speed of the rotor corresponding to a given driving voltage. The present invention also provides a multi-phase motor control device using the motor control method.

    摘要: Embodiments of EUV photomasks and methods for forming a EUV photomask are provided. The method comprises providing a substrate, a reflective layer, a capping layer, a hard mask layer, and forming an opening therein. An absorber layer is then filled in the opening and over the top surface of the hard mask layer. A planarizing process is provided to remove the absorber layer above the top surface of the hard mask layer and form an absorber in the opening, wherein the absorber is substantially co-planar with the top surface of the hard mask layer.

    摘要: A multi-slot resonant microwave device comprises a plurality of slot microwave resonator units and at least one microwave emitting source. Each of the plurality of slot microwave resonator unit is defined as a slot resonant cavity. Whenever at least one of the microwave emitting sources emits microwave power into the plurality of slot microwave resonator units, the plurality of slot microwave resonator units resonate simultaneously, and produce an electromagnetic field with the same polarization direction. Therefore, the multi-slot resonator device can deal with large-area microwave heating with greater microwave effect to shorten operating time and accomplish the objective of homogeneous and megathermal microwave heating.

    摘要: A control circuit and method for controlling a power converter comprises an adder, a digital compensator, and a pulse width modulation circuit. The adder acquires an output voltage difference between the output voltage and the reference output voltage. The digital compensator, which has a Z-domain transfer function, references the output voltage difference to generate a pulse width control signal with the least significant bits of the denominator coefficient in the Z-domain transfer function being regulated to achieve the load line function of the power converter. Further, the pulse modulation circuit is controlled by the pulse width control signal to generate the pulse width modulation signal to control ON/OFF of the power converter.
