An ejection nozzle member attached to a vehicle-mounted camera is formed from an elastic material, and includes a cover member mounted on an upper surface of a casing, the cover member having therein an air passage to which compressed air is supplied. A pair of seal members are formed in an air ejecting unit, from which the compressed air is ejected, on outer sides of the air passage in a widthwise direction. The seal members are formed in lip shapes, protruding downward and toward the center in the widthwise direction on a side of the air passage. When the ejection nozzle member is attached to the camera, distal ends of the seal members are placed in contact mutually on the side of the air passage, and are pressed toward the casing by the compressed air that flows in the air passage to thereby be placed in intimate contact therewith.

A mesh pocket for a vehicle includes a net member, a plurality of hook clips provided on a front face of an interior material, and a fixing member fixing part of the net member to the interior material. In a state in which corner parts of the net member are latched on the plurality of hook clips, part of a lower side of the net member is fixed to the interior material by the fixing member. Accordingly, even when the net member is detached from the hook clip when not in use, due to part of the net member being fixed to the interior material there is no possibility that it will be lost and, moreover, since a shopping bag, etc. can be hung on the hook clip, from which the net member is detached, the convenience can be improved.

Provided are a decorative part, a wheel, and a fixation structure of such decorative part and wheel that are unaffected by variations in sizes at the time of manufacturing. The decorative part is to be attached to a vehicular wheel. This decorative part has the fixation portions to be fixed to the wheel; and the first plate-shaped ribs and the second plate-shaped ribs that are arranged at given intervals. The decorative part is to be fixed to the wheel with linear convex portions formed on the wheel being arranged in between and positioned to the first plate-shaped ribs and the second plate-shaped ribs.

Provided is an assist grip handle storing an escape hammer. The handle is to be attached to an interior space of a vehicle, and includes a bar-shaped grip portion; a curved portion continuous with at least one end of the grip portion; and an attachment portion continuous with the curved portion and attached to an interior member of the vehicle. Since provided inside the grip portion is a storage portion continuous with an opening section formed at the curved portion side, and an escape hammer is stored in the storage portion, the hammer can be stored in the handle in a compact manner. Since there are provided a biasing member biasing the hammer toward the opening section side; a regulation portion for regulating the hammer; and a push button for releasing the restriction by the regulation portion, the hammer can be easily installed in and removed from the handle.

In a Targa top vehicle, a detachable roof unit is supported between a front roof arch along an upper edge of a front windshield and a rear roof arch along an upper edge of a rear windshield. The roof unit is fixed to the front roof arch and the rear roof arch by engaging an axially movable front fixing pin with a pin hole of the front roof arch and engaging an axially movable rear fixing pin with a pin hole of the rear roof arch, and an opening formed in a central part of the roof unit is opened and closed by a canvas that can be unfolded and folded. Accordingly, it is possible to achieve a balance between an open feel of the Targa top vehicle and convenience of simply opening and closing the opening of a roof.

A driver dangerous driving reporting device (100) is provided with a danger prediction unit (30) and a danger reporting unit (40). The danger predicting unit (30) associates a driver inside a vehicle with a subject outside the vehicle, and on the basis of a single image simultaneously representing the driver (subject outside vehicle), is capable of predicting dangerous driving of the vehicle by the driver. When dangerous driving by the driver is predicted by the danger prediction unit (30), the danger reporting unit (40) is capable of reporting the dangerous driving by the driver to the driver.
Abstract:
A gesture recognition apparatus capable of recognizing a hand by means of a binary image regardless of direction of light contacting the hand. A binarizing processing section binarizes an input image from a camera to a hand recognizing section to prepare a first binary image by a predetermined method. A rebinarizing processing section only rebinarizes a predetermined area of the input image to prepare a second binary image. A contraction processing section performs a contraction processing on the second binary image. The rebinarizing processing can increase the possibility of recognizing the hand by classifying a portion of the hand that was classified into black in the first binary image into white. The hand is determined to be recognizable if the hand can be recognized in the first binary image and/or in the second binary image.
