    摘要: An electric motor includes a stator and a rotor. One of the stator and the rotor includes a magnetic core, preferably an iron core. A reactive metal or a mixture or reactive metals is fixed to the magnetic core. The or each reactive metal has a reactivity greater than the reactivity of the metal of the magnetic core. A rotor and a stator is also provided. By fixing the reactive metal or metal mixture to the magnetic core of the motor, rotor or stator, oxidation and corrosion of the core can be avoided or reduced.

    摘要: A low-voltage direct current motor has a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The rotor includes a rotary shaft, a rotor core fixed to the shaft, a commutator fixed to the shaft adjacent to the rotor core, and rotor windings wound about poles of the rotor core and electrically connected to the commutator. The stator includes a round housing, a permanent magnet mounted to an inner surface of the housing, and brushes disposed in sliding contact with the commutator. An input voltage of the motor is in the range of 7 to 36V, and a ratio of an outer diameter of the rotor core to an outer diameter of the housing is in the range of 67% to 75%.

    摘要: A centrifugal blower includes an electric motor, a centrifugal impeller driven by the motor, a diffuser mounted to the motor and disposed between the motor and the centrifugal impeller, and a casing mounted to the diffuser. The centrifugal impeller is received in a chamber defined by the diffuser and the casing. the casing defines an opening facing the inlet of the centrifugal impeller. The diffuser has a plurality of passage walls, and a plurality of diffusing passages, each bounded by neighboring passage walls. The diffuser further has at least one mounting portion connected to one of the passage walls. A cross section of each of the diffusing passages is increased form an outer end to an inner end thereof and no throat is formed in each of the diffusing passages.

    摘要: A multi-port valve includes a valve housing and a valve core. The valve housing is provided with a plurality of outer ports, at least part of which is arranged at an axial end of the valve housing. The valve core is provided with a plurality of inner ports, at least part of which is arranged at an axial end of the valve core. A plurality of flow channels extends through the valve core, whereas the flow channels are fluidly separated from one another inside the valve core. The plurality of the flow channels includes at least two cross-channels intersecting with each other in a projection plane perpendicular to a rotation axis of the valve core. Each of the flow channels communicates with two of the inner ports. At least part of the inner ports is aligned and communicated with the corresponding outer ports in response to the valve core rotating to a desired position as regarded to the valve housing.

    摘要: The invention provides a power tool, a motor and a rotor thereof. The rotor includes a housing, a rotating shaft fixed on the housing, a yoke accommodated in the housing, and permanent magnets mounted on the yoke. The housing includes a bottom wall and a sidewall extending from an outer periphery of the bottom wall in an axial direction of the rotor. The rotor further includes a cooling fan, the cooling fan is located at an axial distal end of the sidewall away from the bottom wall. The rotating shaft, the yoke, the permanent magnets, the cooling fan and the housing are formed into a non-detachable whole by overmolding.
