    Abstract: The invention discloses a method for producing packaging units and packaging units produced by such a method, comprising at least two substantially similar articles, wherein the at least two articles are held together by at least one packaging blank (14).
    With the method, a main surface of the packaging blank (14) is applied to first end faces of an article grouping (20), forming a connection between the articles and primary fixing means of the packaging blank (14). The primary fixing means fix the positions of the articles relative to one another within the article grouping (20). The side surfaces (24) of the packaging blank (14) are subsequently folded over, wherein secondary fixing means interacting with the shell surfaces of the articles are formed. The secondary fixing means are formed by strapping sections, which surround defined regions of the shell surfaces of the article grouping (20) and fix the articles in a substantially parallel alignment to one another.
    The invention also relates to a packaging device for carrying out the method.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for packaging articles (2). Hereby, outer packages (3) are moved by a first conveying device (10). Temporally following this, the outer packages (3) are moved by a second conveying device (20), which second conveying device (20) is located next to the first conveying device (10). Furthermore, articles (2) are inserted into a respective outer package (3), while the respective outer package (3) is located on the first conveyor (10) and/or while the respective outer package (3) is located on the second conveyor (20).
    It is intended, that the outer packages (3) are received on the first conveyor (10) by format parts (5) and, together with their respective format part (5), are transferred to the second conveyor (20) located next to the first conveyor (10).
    Furthermore, it is provided that the outer packages (3), which will be continuously arranged on the format parts until then, will be removed from the format parts (5) together with the inserted articles (2) and the format parts (5) will then be returned to the first conveyor (10) for renewed seizure of outer packages (3).

    Abstract: The invention includes an apparatus (01) and a method for handling articles (02). The apparatus (01) includes a first conveyor (03) for supplying articles (02), a second conveyor (04) for supplying outer packagings (05), a third conveyor (06) for discharging filled outer packagings (07), and a placing surface (08) arranged between the second conveyor (04) and the third conveyor (06).     Abstract: The present invention includes an apparatus (1) and a method for handling articles and comprises an upper suspension (3) with at least three rotatably driven positioning arms (5), where the positioning arms (5) each comprise at least two arm sections (7, 9) that are swivelable relative to each other and operated independently of one another. A manipulator (32) comprises one or more clamping jaws (34, 36) and is mechanically coupled to the positioning arms (5) such the manipulator can be positioned by movement of one or more of the positioning arms (5). At least one drive shaft (12) is linked non-rotatingly to the manipulator, such that the manipulator is rotated by movement of the at least one drive shaft (12). Rotation of the at least one drive shaft (12) also controls the one or more clamping jaws (34, 36) via the at least one actuating shaft (14).
