摘要: A threaded joint is constructed of a pin and a box. The pin includes, in order from an end thereof, a shoulder surface, a nose portion, a first sealing surface, a first male threaded portion, an annular portion, a second sealing surface, and a second male threaded portion. The box includes a shoulder surface, a recessed portion, a first sealing surface, a first female threaded portion, an annular portion, a second sealing surface, and a second female threaded portion. In the threaded joint, in a fastened state, the shoulder surfaces are in contact with each other, the first sealing surfaces are in contact with each other, the second sealing surfaces are in contact with each other, a clearance is provided between the nose portion and the recessed portion, a clearance is provided between the annular portions.

摘要: A hot-rolled steel sheet includes a predetermined chemical composition, and a structure which includes, by area ratio, a ferrite in a range of 5% to 60% and a bainite in a range of 30% to 95%, in which in the structure, in a case where a boundary having an orientation difference of equal to or greater than 15° is defined as a grain boundary, and an area which is surrounded by the grain boundary and has an equivalent circle diameter of equal to or greater than 0.3 μm is defined as a grain, the ratio of the grains having an intragranular orientation difference in a range of 5° to 14° is, by area ratio, in a range of 20% to 100%.

The heat-treated steel material includes a chemical composition represented by, in mass %: C: 0.05% to 0.30%; Si: 0.50% to 5.00%; Mn: 2.0% to 10.0%; Cr: 0.01% to 1.00%; Ti: 0.010% to 0.100%; B: 0.0020% to 0.0100%; P: 0.050% or less; S: 0.0500% or less; N: 0.0100% or less; Ni: 0% to 2.0%; each of Cu, Mo, and V: 0% to 1.0%; each of Al and Nb: 0% to 1.00%; and the balance: Fe and impurities. “4612×[C]+51×[Si]+102×[Mn]+605>2000” is satisfied. The heat-treated steel material includes a microstructure in which 90 volume % or more is formed of martensite, and a dislocation density in the martensite is equal to or more than 1.2×1016 m−2.

摘要: The disclosed heat generating apparatus includes: a rotary shaft, a heat generator, a plurality of permanent magnets, a magnet holder, and a heat recovery system. The rotary shaft is rotatably supported by a non-rotative body. The heat generator is fixed to the body. The magnets are arrayed to face the heat generator with a gap such that magnetic pole arrangements of adjacent ones of the magnets are opposite to each other. The magnet holder holds the magnets and is fixed to the rotary shaft. The heat recovery system collects heat generated in the heat generator. A non-magnetic partition wall is provided in the gap between the heat generator and the magnets.

摘要: A steel sheet for a fuel tank includes: a Zn—Ni alloy plated layer which is placed on one surface or each of both surfaces of a base metal and formed on at least one surface; and an inorganic chromate-free chemical conversion coating film which is placed over the Zn—Ni alloy plated layer. The Zn—Ni alloy plated layer has a crack starting from an interface between the Zn—Ni alloy plated layer and the inorganic chromate-free chemical conversion coating film and reaching an interface between the Zn—Ni alloy plated layer and the steel sheet, and a water contact angle on a surface of the inorganic chromate-free chemical conversion coating film is more than or equal to 50 degrees.

摘要: A brake lining includes friction structures, back boards fastened to respective the friction structures, a base plate supporting the friction structures. Each of the friction structures includes two adjacent friction portions with a groove formed in the front surface in between, and a thin portion with a smaller thickness than thicknesses of the friction portions, the thin portion located in a position corresponding to the groove. Each of the friction structures is supported by the base plate on two support points located in the two friction portions respectively. The thin portion has a constant length, the length being equal to a maximum width of the friction portions and satisfying a condition that L/D is equal to or greater than 1.1, where D denotes the length of the thin portion and L denotes a distance between the two support points located in the friction portions.

摘要: There is provided a titanium alloy member including a base metal portion, and an outer hardened layer formed on an outer layer of the base metal portion, the cross sectional hardness of the base metal portion is 330 HV or higher and lower than 400 HV, the cross sectional hardnesses at positions 5 μm and 15 μm from the surface of the outer hardened layer are 450 HV or higher and lower than 600 HV, the outer hardened layer includes an oxygen diffusion layer and a nitrogen diffusion layer, the oxygen diffusion layer is at a depth of 40 to 80 μm from the surface of the outer hardened layer, and the nitrogen diffusion layer is at a depth of 2 to 5 μm from surface of the outer hardened layer. This titanium alloy member includes an outer hardened layer, is high in cross sectional hardness of the base metal portion, and is excellent in fatigue strength and wear resistance.

摘要: A high-strength austenitic stainless steel, which has good hydrogen embrittlement resistance and hydrogen fatigue resistance, has a chemical composition including, in mass %, C: up to 0.10%; Si: up to 1.0%; Mn: not less than 3.0% and less than 7.0 %; Cr: 15 to 30%; Ni: not less than 12.0% and less than 17.0%; Al: up to 0.10%; N: 0.10 to 0.50%; P: up to 0.050%; S: up to 0.050%; at least one of V: 0.01 to 1.0% and Nb: 0.01 to 0.50%; and other elements, the balance being Fe and impurities, wherein the ratio of the minor axis to the major axis of the austenite crystal grains is greater than 0.1, the crystal grain size number of austenite crystal grains is not lower than 8.0, and the tensile strength is not less than 1000 MPa.
