摘要: A battery swapping method, comprising: taking out a battery pack having insufficient electricity from an electric vehicle and placing the battery pack at a first position; overturning the taken-out battery pack having insufficient electricity to a second position from the first position in a first direction; putting the battery pack insufficient electricity located at the second position into a charging compartment for charging and/or taking out a battery pack having full electricity from the charging compartment and placing the battery pack having full electricity at a third position, overturning the taken-out battery pack having full electricity to a forth position from the third position in a second direction; and putting the battery pack having full electricity located at the forth position into the electric vehicle. The battery swapping method simplify battery swapping process and increasing battery swapping speed.

The method comprises: controlling a battery replacement device to move below a battery accommodating portion at the bottom of an electric vehicle; photographing, by means of a photographing apparatus, a first target photographing region at a first focal length so as to obtain a positioning determination photograph; controlling the photographing apparatus to adjust the first focal length to a second focal length; and photographing, by means of the photographing apparatus, a second target photographing region at the second focal length so as to obtain a lock-state determination photograph. By means of the photographed photographs at different focal lengths, automatic adjustment of positioning, locking and unlocking is realized, not only achieving efficient and accurate determination of positioning, locking and unlocking of the battery replacement device, but also enabling the battery replacement device to achieve integral and efficient adjustment.

The battery pack fixing system comprises a locking mechanism (1), wherein the locking mechanism (1) is arranged on the contact surface of a battery pack (2) and a support (3), and the battery pack (2) is unlocked or locked on the support (3) by rotating the locking mechanism (1). According to the battery pack fixing system, the battery pack (2) is unlocked or locked on the support (3) by using the rotation movement of the locking mechanism (1) in different directions, so that the objective of fixing the battery pack (2) on the support (3) is achieved; and compared with a traditional locking mechanism, the battery pack fixing system has advantages such as being firmer in fixing and highly reliable. In the present invention, the weight of the battery pack can be simultaneously distributed on the plurality of supporting devices and the lock mechanism, the force of the fixing bracket is more evenly, the force applied by the battery pack to the lock mechanism is reduced, the force concentration of the lock mechanism on the fixing bracket is prevented, the service life of lock mechanism is improved, and improve the connection strength between battery pack assembly and battery holder.

The method includes the following steps: receiving a battery data message sent by a station side (S101); parsing the battery data message to obtain an identification code and operation information of a corresponding battery pack (S102); and correspondingly storing all the pieces of received operation information on the basis of the identification code (S103). The present invention achieves a full record of the battery pack of each quick-swapping electric vehicle from entering the battery swapping network to leaving the battery swapping network, which specifically recording and storing entry, battery swapping, charging, repair, and retirement operations, thus finally forming a record of a full life cycle of a battery pack.

The battery swapping device comprises a master control unit and a battery pack disassembly and assembly unit. The position sensor is used for generating a stopping instruction upon sensing of the detection section, sending the stopping instruction to the master control unit which is used for stopping moving the battery pack disassembly and assembly unit according to the stopping instruction. According to the present invention, whether a battery pack is mounted in place can be accurately detected, the accuracy and safety of battery pack swapping is ensured and the costs are low.
