The battery pack tray comprises a frame body, wherein at least two placing positions which are sequentially arranged at an interval in a horizontal direction, and a locking cooperating structure are formed on the frame body; the locking cooperating structure is arranged between at least one pair of adjacent placing positions; the locking cooperating structure comprises a locking shaft, and a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate which extend in the lengthwise direction of a longitudinal beam of a vehicle body; and two ends of the locking shaft are respectively connected to the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate, and are used for cooperating with a locking mechanism to realize locking.

摘要: A battery pack locking mechanism, used for unlocking or locking a battery pack on the bracket, and comprising a fixing portion. The fixing portion has a locking space. When the battery pack is placed relative to the bracket, the locking mechanism is used for locking a connecting portion on the battery pack in the locking space. On one side of the locking space, the locking mechanism is provided with an opening facing towards the battery pack and entering the bracket along the horizontal direction, so that the connecting portion enters the opening along the horizontal direction and moves into the locking space. According to the locking mechanism, effectively reducing the complexity of the process and the step of mounting and fixing the battery pack on the bracket. Also provided are a bracket assembly, an electric vehicle, and a battery pack locking method.

摘要: The battery support frame comprises a support frame body and a back panel. The support frame body has a channel for the battery box to enter into or exit from the support frame body. The back panel is used to connect the support frame body to an electric vehicle. At least one locking slot extending in an X direction is provided on the back panel. The channel for entry and exit of the battery box on the support frame body enables the support frame body to be connected to an electric vehicle by means of the back panel. The locking slot is configured to extend in the X direction, effectively increasing the area of the locking slot, and accordingly increasing the contact area between the locking slot and the locking shaft. The invention improves stress uniformity between the locking slot and the locking shaft, and prevents a concentration of stress.

Through the battery swapping station and the control method therefor, the waiting time for vehicles when swapping batteries can be reduced, thus increasing the battery swapping efficiency of the battery swapping station.

摘要: A movable battery replacing platform includes a travel-driving portion used for driving the movable battery replacing platform to move on the ground; a lifting portion mounted on the travel-driving portion, for lifting a battery during the replacement of the battery; and a battery mounting portion mounted on the top of the lifting portion, for placing a battery to be replaced or a replaced battery. The battery mounting porting is provided with a battery replacing device. The device can use an unlocking device to unlock a battery locked on the bottom of an electric vehicle, automatically aligning an unlocking point of a battery locking mechanism and realizing automatic unlocking in the movement. The angle of an upper board relative to the battery unlocking position can be adjusted by a movement actuating device, so that the unlocking point of the battery can automatically fit where the movable battery replacing platform remains still.
