Abstract: The present invention may provide a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating skin diseases, a cosmetic composition for preventing or improving skin diseases, and a stem cell therapeutic agent, which comprise an induced pluripotent stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cell (iMSC), a culture thereof, or an exosome isolated from an iMSC or iMSC culture as active ingredients. When the composition of the present invention, etc. is used, it is possible to provide a composition for improving, preventing or treating skin diseases and a stem cell therapeutic agent which have an improved immunomodulating function over conventional mesenchymal stem cells.

Abstract: A method for diagnosing follicular thyroid carcinoma is described. The method measures protein expression levels of an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase (ARS) or an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex-interacting multifunctional protein (AIMP) in a sample, such as a thyroid tissue sample, from a subject suspected of having follicular thyroid carcinoma. The protein expression levels of ARS or AIMP are compared to the measured protein expression levels in a control.

Therefore, the inaccurate mechanical approximation of the mandibular movement with the articulator according to the conventional art is overcome. In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to simulate mandibular movements customized to the various states of the patient and specific clinical cases.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and a method for estimating an acute cerebral infarction onset time. The method according to the present disclosure includes at least: receiving a first image and a second image of a first patient whose acute cerebral infarction onset time is not identified; extracting an infarction area image from the second image; aligning the second image with the first image; defining an infarction area in the first image, based on a result of the alignment of the second image with the first image; extracting feature information of the first patient, from the infarction area in the first image; comparing the extracted feature information with reference data; and calculating an amount of time that has elapsed since the acute cerebral infarction onset time, based on a result of the comparison of the extracted feature information with reference data.
