Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a device that has a processing system including a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations, including receiving a request for an observation of an overhead viewing area from an observer location; discovering an interference of a satellite with the observation of the overhead viewing area; determining possible solutions to the interference; selecting a solution of the possible solutions; receiving the observation from one or more satellites responding to the solution selected; and providing a response to the request including the observation received. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving information about an augmented reality (AR) environment which includes a plurality of objects and a user participating in the AR environment, the user viewing the AR environment through a user equipment, receiving context information for the AR environment, identifying a diminished reality (DR) object of the plurality of objects, wherein the identifying is responsive to the context information, modifying the AR environment to render the DR object invisible to the user viewing the AR environment through user equipment, monitoring movement of one or more objects of the AR environment including the DR object, and modifying visibility of the DR object to the user viewing the AR environment through user equipment as a notification of a possible collision between the user and the DR object, wherein the modifying is responsive to detecting a risk of collision. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: A monitored space is monitored including the production of a first audio signal from received acoustic energy. The first audio signal is then processed against a whitelist of acoustic profiles and, based on lack of substantial correspondence with any of the acoustic profiles, a drone is navigated toward an apparent position of an apparent source. While in-flight, additional acoustic energy is received and a second audio signal is produced from the additional acoustic energy. The second audio signal is processed against the whitelist and, based on lack of substantial correspondence with any of the acoustic profiles of the whitelist, an investigate mode of the drone is initiated. The investigate mode includes notifying a remote monitor and supplying the remote monitor with an audiovisual feed. Responsive to a characterization by the remote monitor, an entry of the whitelist may be updated, added or replaced.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method operating at a processing system including a processor, including detecting a difference between current biometric information of a user and target biometric information of the user exceeding a threshold at a performance event of the user to identify a biometric deficiency, detecting an absence of a desired environmental component for the user at the performance event, selecting a remediation experience responsive to the detecting the biometric deficiency and the detecting the absence of the desired environmental component, facilitating presentation of the remediation experience to the user at the performance event to generate a modified performance by the user, and adjusting the presentation of the remediation experience to the user at a termination of the performance event. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: An example method includes obtaining a profile of a user using a user device to present an immersive experience, wherein the profile specifies a user reaction indicator and a value that represents a baseline for the user reaction indicator, presenting the immersive experience on the user device, receiving user state data including a current value of the user reaction indicator, determining that the current value of the user reaction indicator deviates from the value that represents the baseline by more than a threshold, in response to the determining, selecting, from among a plurality of variants for a segment of the immersive experience, a variant that is expected to cause the current value of the user reaction indicator to adjust to a value that does not deviate from the value that represents the baseline by more than the threshold, and presenting the variant that is selected on the user device.

Abstract: An example method includes presenting a remote broadcast event by delivering content from a first user endpoint device to a plurality of user endpoint devices of a plurality of audience members, estimating reactions of the audience members, based on streams of data received from the plurality of user endpoint devices, grouping the audience members into a plurality of groups, based on the reactions, wherein each group of the plurality of groups is associated with a different reaction, and wherein each audience member who is a member of the each group was estimated to demonstrate a common reaction of the plurality of reactions, wherein the common reaction is associated with the each group, selecting, for a first group, a first audience member from the first group to be representative of the first group, and presenting, to the first user endpoint device, an image of the first audience member.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving a group of content layers from a group of media content sources, and identifying metadata for each of the group of content layers resulting in a group of metadata. Further embodiments can include obtaining a group of user preferences, and selecting a first portion of the group of content layers according to the group of metadata and the group of user preferences resulting in a first selected portion of the group of content layers. Additional embodiments can include providing first instructions to a first display of a first communication device to present the first selected portion of the group of content layers resulting in a first presentation. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, providing an immersive environment accessible by a plurality of user devices associated with a plurality of users, assigning rendering resources for rendering the immersive environment, detecting a user interaction by a user with a virtual object in the immersive environment, rendering the virtual object in full detail, and rendering other objects in the immersive environment in less than full detail to reduce requirement for rendering resources for the immersive environment. Other embodiments are disclosed.
