Abstract: Location-blocking and identity-blocking services that can be commercially offered by a service promoter, e.g., a cellular service provider or a web advertiser. In the identity-blocking service, the service promoter may disclose the current physical location of a mobile subscriber (i.e., a cellular phone operator) to a third party (e.g., a web advertiser) subscribing to the identity-blocking service. However, the service promoter may not send any identity information for the mobile subscriber to the third party. On the other hand, in the location-blocking service, the service promoter may disclose the mobile subscriber's identity information to the third party, but not the current physical location of the mobile subscriber. Blocking of the mobile subscriber's identity or location information may be desirable for privacy reasons, to comply with a government regulation, or to implement a telecommunication service option selected by the mobile subscriber.

Abstract: A method for protecting user data during an audio interaction includes various operations performed by a processing system including at least one processor. In one example, the operations include detecting an audio signal that is part of an interaction between a user and another party, converting the audio signal into a string of text, detecting that the interaction is likely to put sensitive data of the user at risk, based on a comparison of the string of text to a library of interactions that are known to put sensitive data at risk, and sending an alert to notify the user that the interaction is likely to put the sensitive data of the user at risk, wherein the alert is sent to prevent the user from providing the sensitive data to the another party, and wherein the method is performed contemporaneously with an occurrence of the interaction.

Abstract: Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for managing access based on activities of entities. A computing device can collect data that comprises an image. The computing device can identify an entity that is located in a range of a sensor. The computing device can determine an identity that is associated with the entity and an activity associated with the entity. The computing device can obtain a trust indicator associated with the entity. The computing device can determine, based on the trust indicator, if the activity should be allowed. If the computing device determines that the activity should be allowed, the computing device can initiate allowing of the activity. If the computing device determines that the activity should not be allowed, the computing device can initiate blocking of the activity.
