    摘要: An electrical plug connector includes a metallic shell, an insulated housing, a grounding plate, a first terminal module, a second terminal module, and a molding block. The first terminal module includes first plug terminals and a first combining block. The second terminal module includes second plug terminals and a second combining block. The insulated housing is received in the metallic shell. The first and the second combining blocks are respectively combined with the first plug terminals and the second plug terminals by insert-molding techniques. Then, the first combining block and the second combining block are respectively assembled to the grounding plate. Next, the molding block is provided to combine the first combining block with the second combining block, so that an assembly of the first terminal module, the second terminal module, and the grounding plate can be firmly assembled to the rear of the insulated housing.

    摘要: An electrical connector for a circuit board includes an insulated housing, two narrow metal brackets, and a plurality of conductive contacts. The insulated housing has a connection plate, a raised portion, and two coupling portions at two opposite sides of the raised portion. The raised portion defines a plurality of contact grooves. Each coupling portion is formed in front of the raised portion. The two narrow metal brackets are provided for mounting with the coupling portions of the insulated housing. Each narrow metal bracket has a main plate, front and rear interference tabs for being interfered with one coupling portion of the insulated housing, and at least one positioning tab for being fixed onto the circuit board. The conductive contacts are fitted through the contact grooves of the raised portion.

    摘要: A receptacle connector, for being inserted by a plug connector and contacted with a casing of the plug connector, includes a housing, a plurality of elastic pieces and a plurality of auxiliary fastening members. The housing includes a plurality of first surfaces and a plurality of second surfaces. The second surfaces are connected to two ends of the first surfaces so as to form an inserting window. The elastic pieces are disposed on the first surfaces. The auxiliary fastening members are disposed on the first surfaces. Each auxiliary fastening member includes a contacting portion formed extendedly at an inner side of the inserting window. When the contacting portions connected with the casing, the contact area between the casing and the auxiliary fastening members can be increased by the contacting portions so as to reduce the contact impedance or resistance between the plug connector and the receptacle connector.

    摘要: An electrical receptacle connector includes a plurality of lower terminals, a lower insulator, a shielding plate, a plurality of upper terminals, an upper insulator and an outer insulator. The lower insulator partially covers the lower terminals and exposes a lower contact area of a lower contact segment of each lower terminal. The shielding plate is assembled onto the lower insulator. The upper insulator partially covers the upper terminals, exposes an upper contact area of an upper contact segment of each upper terminal, and is assembled onto the lower insulator. The outer insulator partially covers the above elements, and exposes the lower contact areas and the upper contact areas.

    摘要: An electrical plug connector includes an insulated housing, first terminals, second terminals, a shielding plate, and two side arms. The insulated housing includes first and second assembling surfaces, an insertion cavity, and an insertion opening. The first and the assembling surfaces respectively include first and second hot-melt regions. The insertion cavity is extending from the end of the insulated housing opposite to the insertion opening toward an interior of the insulated housing. The insertion cavity is between the first and the second assembling surfaces. A portion of each of the first terminals and a portion of each of the second terminals are respectively in the first and the second hot-melt regions. The shielding plate is in the insertion cavity and fixed with the insulated housing. The side arms are respectively connected to two ends of the shielding plate and on two sides of the insertion cavity.
