摘要： Provided are an airbag and an airbag device whose size of a package when the airbag is folded can be reduced while demonstrating effects of an inner chamber. An airbag device in the present invention includes a gas generator configured to generate gas under predetermined conditions, an airbag connected to the gas generator to be inflated and deployed, and a retainer configured to accommodate the airbag. The airbag includes an inner panel arranged in the interior thereof and a connection panel having a surface area smaller than the inner panel, and the inner panel includes a center seamed portion connected to an inner surface of the airbag with respect to the direction of thickness and a plurality of outer peripheral seamed portions connected to the connection panel which is arranged on the inner surface of the airbag apart from the portion where the center seamed portion is connected. The outline of the inner panel 4 between the outer peripheral seamed portions when the inner panel is deployed in a plane is formed into a shape following a straight line connecting the outer peripheral seamed portions.

摘要： For each teaching image, a plurality of patterns of color pickup regions each include a first region for picking up a color of a first part and a second region for picking up a color of a second part are set, the color of each pixel in the first region and the color of each pixel in the second region are mapped as a target point and an exclusion point respectively, to a color space for each of the patterns of the color pickup regions, a degree in separation between a target point distribution and an exclusion point distribution in the color space is calculated for each of the patterns of the color pickup regions, a pattern of a color pickup region having a maximum degree in separation is selected, a color range which divides the color space and has the largest difference between the number of target points and the number of exclusion points in the selected pattern therein is found, and the found color range is set as a color condition used in a board inspecting process.

摘要： An ultrasonic sensor consists of an ultrasonic transducer and a casing. The transducer includes a metal-made housing having an inner space; a vibrating planar member formed in the housing, wherein an outward surface of the vibrating planar member constitutes an outward surface of the housing and an inward surface of the vibrating planar member faces the inner space; and a driving element attached on an inward surface of the vibrating planar member for vibrating the vibrating planar member. This ultrasonic transducer is assembled within the casing and attached to a vehicle via the casing with the outward surface of the vibrating planar member exposed outwardly. Further, a resin film is attached using an adhesive member applied on a rear surface of the film to cover all the outward surface of the vibrating planner member.

摘要： An ultrasonic sensor device includes an ultrasonic transducer and a hollow case. The ultrasonic transducer includes a tubular housing having a bottom, a piezoelectric element and a vibrating surface. The piezoelectric element is fixed to an inner surface of the bottom of the tubular housing. The vibrating surface is an outer surface of the bottom of the tubular housing. The hollow case includes an opening surface, through which the hollow case receives the ultrasonic transducer such that the vibrating surface is externally exposed. The ultrasonic sensor limits an impact due to a collision by an object from being transmitted to the vibrating surface by use of a filter, which is located over the vibrating surface.

摘要： An ultrasonic sensor includes an ultrasonic transducer and a case. The ultrasonic transducer has a housing in a cylindrical shape with a bottom attached thereto, a piezoelectric device disposed in the housing, a connection pin electrically coupled with the piezoelectric device and a base made of an insulation material for supporting the connection pin extendingly piercing therethrough. The case has an opening for assembly operation of the ultrasonic transducer disposed therein. The piezoelectric device is electrically coupled with a circuit board in the case by using the connection pin and the connection pin is partially protected by a protector portion of the ultrasonic transducer. The case has a guide portion between the ultrasonic transducer and the circuit board for positioning the protector portion in the case.

摘要： Reference data for automatically inspecting shapes of fillets formed on a substrate are set to an inspection device that illuminates the substrate from specified directions to generate an image. For each type of components mounted to the substrate, a database is prepared, registering sets of reference data corresponding to different fillet shapes in correlation with heights of solder for forming fillets having these shapes. After components to be an object of inspection are identified, specified steps are carried out on each of these components, including the step of obtaining data on the height of solder for forming the fillet related to a land for which a target area for inspection has been set and reading out reference data corresponding to the data obtained from the reference data registered in the database.

摘要： A cover member of an ultrasonic sensor has a first engagement portion and a second engagement portion, which are respectively engaged with a third engagement portion and a fourth engagement portion of a sensor body. The engagement portions are arranged in such a manner that a force applied to the cover member due to an engagement between the first engagement portion and the third engagement portion and a force applied to the cover member due to an engagement between the second engagement portion and the fourth engagement portion respectively have opposite directions to be substantially countervailed when the sensor body is attached to the cover member. Thus, the cover member can be restricted from slanting when the sensor body is fixed to the cover member.
