The rotation mechanism is configured to selectively position the handle assembly relative to the mounting plate. The guide member may include a single or double barrel configuration. The guide member is selectively positionable relative to the mounting plate. The mounting plate may include a protrusion for selectively engaging a second plate.

摘要： A cervical drill guide apparatus includes a handle assembly having a housing and an extension member attached to one end of the housing. The handle assembly includes a fixed handle and a movable handle. A distal end of the extension member includes a plurality of fingers that are radially expandable or contractible in response to relative movement between an actuation shaft and the extension tube. The fingers are adapted for releasably engaging an opening in a plate. Additionally, a guide member is releasably attached to the distal end portion of the cervical drill guide apparatus. The guide member includes at least one opening therethrough for receiving a drill or other surgical instrumentation. The extension member may be rotatable in relation to the housing.

摘要： A cushion having multiple pneumatic cells extending upward from a common impermeable base is directly attached to a flat rigid base which is fixedly attached to each of three subframes of a convalescent recliner. Male and female snap fasteners are suggested. The direct attachment of the cushion to the flat rigid base disposes the bottom of the common impermeable base flush with the top of the flat rigid base. Upper attachment elements are located upon the bottom of the common impermeable base which mate with lower attachment elements located upon the top of the flat rigid base. Both upper and lower attachment elements are located in a single fixed configuration. An absorbent elastic cover fits over the cushion, is readily removable, and has a hem which fits about the periphery of the bottom of the cushion, outside of the fixed configuration of upper fastening elements. An ischemic preventive support cushion which will not shift as a result of inclination is provided. It is suggested that the flat rigid base be constructed of wood and fixedly attached to a subframe with screws.

The non-inductive configuration of the first and second traces is composed of a plated through hole electrically coupling the first and second traces to form a loop having a loop area equal to zero that is perpendicular to the directional flow of the impinging magnetic field thereby preventing the generation of unwanted induced voltages in the current sensor.
