    Abstract: Provided are an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The array substrate comprises a plurality of data lines and sub-pixels. At least one sub-pixel comprises: a first insulating layer; a gate; an active layer located on one side of the first insulating layer away from the gate; a pixel electrode; a first electrode located connected to the active layer and in contact with the pixel electrode; a second electrode connected to the active layer and a data line; a second insulating layer having a first opening, wherein the orthographic projection of the first opening partially overlaps with the orthographic projections of the pixel electrode and the first electrode; a connection electrode in contact with the pixel electrode and the first electrode through the first opening; and a common electrode located on one side of the second insulating layer away from the pixel electrode.

    Abstract: An array substrate includes a base substrate including a first surface, a plurality of scanning signal lines disposed on the first surface, and at least two groups of shift register circuits disposed in a display area of the first surface. The first surface has the display area. Each scanning signal line extends along a first direction. Each group of shift register circuits includes a plurality of shift register circuits arranged along a second direction. Each shift register circuit is coupled to a scanning signal line. The first direction and the second direction intersect. At least one group of shift register circuits is disposed in a non-edge region of the display area. The shift register circuit disposed in the non-edge region of the display area is configured to transmit a scanning signal to the scanning signal line at both sides of the shift register circuit along the first direction.

    Abstract: There is provided a phase shifter including a substrate, a signal line on the substrate, ground lines disposed in pairs on the substrate, and at least one film bridge. Two ground lines of the ground lines are on two sides of the signal line and are respectively spaced apart from the signal line. Each film bridge includes a plurality of connection walls and a bridge floor structure that is opposite to the substrate. The connection walls are respectively on the two ground lines. The bridge floor structure includes a phase shifting electrode and at least one pair of adsorption electrodes respectively connected to two sides of the phase shifting electrode. The phase shifting electrode is opposite to the signal line. Two adsorption electrodes in each pair are respectively opposite to the two ground lines, and are respectively connected to the connection walls on the two ground lines.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a driving method and apparatus of a display panel. When each of a plurality of obtained display frames is transmitted, only display data, corresponding to each pixel in one row group, in the display frame of image data is transmitted to a driving chip in the display panel, so that the driving chip in the display panel drives the display panel to display an image according to the received display data. Therefore, when a system on chip transmits each of the plurality of obtained display frames, only the display data, corresponding to each pixel in one row group, in the display frame of image data is transmitted to the driving chip in the display panel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an antenna and a temperature control system of the antenna. The antenna includes a feed unit layer, a phase shifter layer, an amplifying circuit layer disposed between the feed unit layer and the phase shifter layer, and a temperature control unit layer disposed on a side of the amplifying circuit layer. The amplifying circuit is configured to amplify a microwave signal fed from the feed unit layer and transmit the microwave signal to the phase shifter layer; the phase shifter layer is configured to shift a phase of the microwave signal by a preset phase shift amount; and the temperature control unit layer is configured to adjust a temperature of the amplifying circuit layer to adjust an operating temperature of the antenna.

    Abstract: The present application provides an ultra-wideband antenna and an electronic apparatus, which relates to the technical field of mobile communication. The ultra-wideband antenna includes: a first substrate; a feed structure provided at a side of the first substrate; and a radiating structure provided on the one side of the first substrate and electrically connected to the feed structure, wherein the radiating structure includes a radiating patch and a wave-trapping unit, and the radiating patch is electrically connected to the feed structure. The novel ultra-wideband antenna has the characteristic of being capable of reconstructing the trapped wave provided by the present application may have a wide broadband, and may also trap wave, thereby reducing or even preventing mutual interference with communication protocols of other frequency bands during use.
