    摘要: A coating device comprises a base, a mounting bracket mounted to the base by a driving mechanism, a coating unit which comprises a supporting rack mounted to the mounting bracket and a nozzle mounted to the supporting rack, and the coating device further comprises a detecting device mounted to the supporting rack, which detects information about a distance between the nozzle and a surface of the substrate to be coated and information about an obstacle on a substrate in an advancing direction of the nozzle; a control unit, which controls to keep the distance to be a preset distance based on the detected distance information, and which controls to stop operation of the nozzle where an obstacle is detected on a region on the surface of the substrate between the detecting device and the nozzle.

    摘要: A turnover device, a substrate cell-assembling apparatus and a substrate cell-assembling method are provided. The turnover device comprises: a fixed support and a turnover platform connected with the fixed support by a first rotary shaft, the turnover platform having a first suction surface and a second suction surface which are oppositely arranged and are configured to suction a substrate; a second rotary shaft and a third rotary shaft, configured to respectively drive the first suction surface and the second suction surface to rotate in an in-plane direction, axial directions of the second rotary shaft and the third rotary shaft being basically perpendicular to that of the first rotary shaft. The turnover platform is configured to turn over the first suction surface and the second suction surface by the first rotary shaft.

    摘要: A measuring and adjusting system and method on uniformity of light intensity of a light source. The measuring and adjusting system on uniformity of light intensity of a light source includes: a light intensity measuring plate; a light source, irradiating light to the light intensity measuring plate; an image acquisition module, acquiring color difference variation image on the light intensity measuring plate; a microprocessor, connected with the image acquisition module and connected with the light source through a control module, wherein the microprocessor compares the color difference variation image with colorimetric criterion internally stored, and obtains the light intensity distribution on the whole surface of the light intensity measuring plate, so as to judge the uniformity situation, and performs adjustment on the light intensity of the light source.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a curved surface coating device. The curved surface coating device includes a bracket having a first and second ends. The curved surface coating device includes a glue coating portion connected with the first end of the bracket. The curved surface coating device includes a transmission member connected between the first and second ends of the bracket and its distance from the first end of the bracket is adjustable. The curved surface coating device includes a first driving mechanism connected with the transmission member for driving the bracket through the transmission member to rotate around the transmission member as a center of rotation. The curved surface coating device includes a second driving mechanism connected with the bracket for driving the bracket to move on a line where the first end and the second end are located.
