Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method and apparatus for measuring a size of a crystal grain, and a method for fabricating a poly-silicon thin film. The method for measuring the size of the crystal grain includes: obtaining a grain morphology image of a crystalline region of a crystal, and drawing a grain interface diagram according to the grain morphology image; measuring at least one crystal grain in the grain interface diagram, and determining a transverse size and a longitudinal size of each measured crystal grain; and determining a transverse size and a longitudinal size of a crystal grain of the crystal according to the transverse size and the longitudinal size of each measured crystal grain.

Abstract: A display panel has a plurality of pixel units. Each pixel unit includes a first blue sub-pixel and a second blue sub-pixel. The display panel includes a color filter substrate. The color filter substrate includes a plurality of filter groups. Each filter group includes a first blue filter disposed in a corresponding first blue sub-pixel and a second blue filter disposed in a corresponding second blue sub-pixel. The first blue filter is configured to transmit a first waveband light, and the second blue filter is configured to transmit a second waveband light. A wavelength corresponding to a first peak of the first waveband light is less than a wavelength corresponding to a second peak of the second waveband light. An intensity of the first waveband light emitted from the first blue sub-pixel is less than an intensity of the second waveband light emitted from the second blue sub-pixel.
