    Abstract: Arrangements for pre-authenticating users to interactive voice response (IVR) systems are provided. In some examples, a user may initiate, via an application executing on a mobile device of the user, a telephone call to an IVR system. A computing platform may intercept the call and may generate a one-time passcode (OTP). The OTP may be appended to the telephone number as a suffix and the telephone call may be initiated with the IVR system using the telephone number and appended suffix. The IVR system may extract the OTP and may validate the OTP. If the OTP is validated, the call may be initiated as a pre-authenticated call in which the IVR system might not request authentication data from the user. If the OTP is not validated, the call may be initiated as a standard call in which the IVR system may request authentication data from the user.

The present invention is configured to receive an event for a predetermined set of occurrences, generate a first hash packet and a second hash packet, wherein the first hash packet is generated by applying a hashing engine to a first identifier, and wherein the second hash packet is generated by applying the hashing engine to a second identifier, generate, by a distributed ledger server, a first key pair, generate, by the member of the distributed ledger network, a second key pair, encrypt a bundle using the first public key, wherein the bundle comprises the first and second hash packets, and appending the bundle to the transaction object, wherein the transaction object is distributed to the distributed ledger network.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to using machine learning to simulate an interactive voice response system. A computing platform may receive user interaction information corresponding to interactions between a user and enterprise computing devices. Based on the user interaction information, the computing platform may identify predicted intents for the user, and may generate hotkey information based on the predicted intents. The computing platform may send the hotkey information and commands directing the mobile device to output the hotkey information. The computing platform may receive hotkey input information from the mobile device. Based on the hotkey input information, the computing platform may generate a hotkey response message. The computing platform may send, to the mobile device, the hotkey response message and commands directing the mobile device to convert the hotkey response message to an audio output and to output the audio output.

    Abstract: A system is provided for mobile log heatmap-based auto test case generation. In particular, the system may continuously track and log user actions and data flows for applications within the production environment. Based on the logs, the system may generate a navigation network graph through which the system may identify all possible navigation paths that may be taken by the user to access certain functions or screens of the application. Once the paths have been identified, the system may collect and sanitize testing data based on user session and system interaction data in the production environment. The testing data may then be used to drive the development of the next release or version of the application.
