    Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for off-network access to resources using a remote client. The present invention is configured to receive, from one or more client devices, an off-network resource access request from a user; establish one or more network sessions with the one or more client devices; determine, via the one or more network sessions, one or more device identifiers associated with the one or more client devices; retrieve, from an internal repository, a distributed ledger credential associated with the distributed ledger stored on the one or more client devices; unlock, via the one or more network sessions, access to the distributed ledger for the user via the one or more client devices using the distributed ledger credential; and terminate the one or more network sessions in response to unlocking access to the distributed ledger for the user.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to using machine learning to simulate an interactive voice response system. A computing platform may receive user interaction information corresponding to interactions between a user and enterprise computing devices. Based on the user interaction information, the computing platform may identify predicted intents for the user, and may generate hotkey information based on the predicted intents. The computing platform may send the hotkey information and commands directing the mobile device to output the hotkey information. The computing platform may receive hotkey input information from the mobile device. Based on the hotkey input information, the computing platform may generate a hotkey response message. The computing platform may send, to the mobile device, the hotkey response message and commands directing the mobile device to convert the hotkey response message to an audio output and to output the audio output.

    Abstract: Arrangements for generating and using client-side generated one-time passcodes (OTP) for transaction processing are provided. A request to register a user and/or user computing device for client-side OTP processing may be received. A request to register a merchant for client-side OTP processing may also be received and, in respond, a unique access key unique to the merchant may be generated and transmitted to one or more devices. A request to process a transaction may be received and may include the unique access key, transaction details, and user device data. The request may be analyzed to determine whether one or more criteria are met. If so, client-side OTP functions may be enabled. If not, client-side OTP functions might not be enabled and, instead, a request for additional authentication data may be generated and transmitted to the user computing device for display.

    Abstract: User authentication and validation for performing transactions may be performed by a validation server of a service provider. For example, when a login request or purchase request is received, the request may be authenticated or validated before permitting the requested transaction. In some arrangements, the validation may be delegated to one or more devices or users external to the service provider. Multiple validation users may be consulted for each transaction request to determine a consensus validation decision. A consensus may be reached based on unanimous responses or based on a specified threshold level (e.g., more than 50% responding positively or negatively). The service provider may use this consensus determination to authorize or reject a transaction request.
