摘要: A base station transmits to a wireless device, a first request to measure synchronization signal(s) of a first cell. The base station receives from the wireless device, measurement report(s) of at least one synchronization signal of the synchronization signal(s). The base station transmits to the wireless device, a second request to measure CSI-RS(s) of the first cell. The base station receives from the wireless device, second measurement report(s) of the CSI-RS(s). The second measurement report(s) are generated in response to the second request. The base station selects first CSI-RS(s) of the CSI-RS(s) based on the second measurement report(s). The base station transmits a downlink control information to the wireless device via one or more control channels. The downlink control information initiates a random access procedure of the first cell. The downlink control information comprises an indication of the first CSI-RS(s).

摘要: A wireless device may receive one or more messages comprising configuration parameters of a cell. A reference duration for contention window adjustment may be determined based on the configuration parameters. The reference duration may be from a beginning of a channel occupancy of a first transmission burst and until an end of a first slot. The at least one physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) may be transmitted. A contention window value may be determined based on a plurality of new data indicators (NDIs) received in a plurality of uplink grants corresponding to a plurality of first transport blocks transmitted by the wireless device during the reference duration. The wireless device may perform a listen before talk procedure based on the contention window value. One or more second transport blocks may be transmitted based on the listen before talk procedure indicating a clear channel.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages from a base station. The one or more messages comprise configuration parameters of a cell. The configuration parameters indicate: a plurality of slot format combinations of the cell; a channel occupancy time (COT) radio network temporary identifier (RNTI); and an index of a field in a downlink control information (DCI) for the cell. The DCI scrambled by the COT-RNTI is received. A COT structure, for the cell, is determined based on one of the plurality of slot format combinations indicated by the field in the DCI associated with the index. A transport block is transmitted, via the cell, on uplink resources according to the COT structure.

摘要: A wireless device monitors a downlink control channel of a transmission reception point (TRP) on an active bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell, where the TRP is in an active state. First channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted. The TRP transitions from the active state into a dormant state in response to a first time period of inactivity on the TRP. The monitoring is stopped. Second channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted when the TRP is in the dormant state.

Based on receiving the first downlink control information: the first SR is keep pending, and the second SR is cancelled for the beam failure recovery.

摘要: A wireless device initiates a beam failure recovery procedure in response to detecting a number of beam failure instances based on a first plurality of reference signals. A beam failure recovery timer is started with a timer value in response to the detecting. A physical layer of the wireless device assesses, during the beam failure recovery timer running, a first radio link quality of a second plurality of reference signals against a threshold. The beam failure recovery procedure is completed in response to the beam failure recovery timer expiring and the first radio link quality being below the threshold. Information indicating that the beam failure recovery procedure failed due to the first radio link quality being below the threshold is reported to a radio resource control layer of the wireless device.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising: first configuration parameters of a plurality of cells comprising a primary cell and a secondary cell; and bandwidth part configuration parameters comprising a value for a bandwidth part inactivity timer. A downlink control information is received on an active bandwidth part of the primary cell. The downlink control information indicates a resource assignment. In response to the receiving the downlink control information, a determination is made that no random access procedure is ongoing on the secondary cell. The bandwidth part inactivity timer of the active bandwidth part of the primary cell is started in response to the determining. In response to an expiry of the bandwidth part inactivity timer, a switch is made from the active bandwidth part to a default bandwidth part.

The layer 1 reference signal received power report comprises: first fields indicating at least one reference signal of the plurality of reference signals; and second fields indicating at least a layer 1 reference signal received power value of the at least one reference signals.

The beam failure recovery procedure may be initiated in response to detecting a beam failure of the cell. The beam failure of the cell may be detected based on the reference signal(s) of the cell. A preamble of the one or more preambles may be transmitted for the beam failure recovery procedure. The beam failure recovery procedure may be aborted in response to an expiry of the time alignment timer during the beam failure recovery procedure.
