    Abstract: A stent system may include a stent including a first leg having a first end fixedly attached to the distal end of a main body portion and extending distally from the distal end of the main body portion in a deployed configuration, and a second leg having a first end fixedly attached to the distal end of the main body portion and extending distally from the distal end of the main body portion in the deployed configuration. The second leg may extend proximally from the distal end of the main body portion in a delivery configuration. A stent system may include a bifurcated delivery sheath and two guidewires for delivery of two stents at the same time. A method of treating a body lumen may include delivering a contrast fluid including an anti-gas agent while implanting a stent in the body lumen.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for providing a flow of fluid to an endoscope. An illustrative container and tube set arranged and configured to couple to an endoscope may comprise a first container configured to contain a fluid and having a first port in fluid communication with a bottom portion thereof. A pressure vessel system may be in selective fluid communication with the first container. The pressure vessel system may include a manifold housing defining a cavity and including a first fluid inlet, a second fluid inlet, and a first fluid outlet. A first water supply tube may be in selective fluid communication with the cavity of the manifold housing and a first gas supply tube may be in operative fluid communication with the cavity of the manifold housing. A first flow control member may be positioned within the first fluid inlet.

    Abstract: A system for tracking a medical device, the system comprising a support having a channel extending therethrough, the channel being defined circumferentially by a surface, at least one encoder configured to track movement of a medical device through the channel, and one or more processors configured to receive input from the at least one encoder, receive an instruction from a user to store a zero position of the medical device relative to the channel, determine relative movement of the medical device from the zero position, and communicate the relative movement of the medical device from the zero position.
