A coal dropping impact energy buffer monitoring device and method for a coal mine belt conveying system. The device comprises a buffer belt roller group, a buffer bracket, buffer springs, impact energy collecting dampers, a signal converting and sending device, and an installation bottom board, the buffer belt roller group being fixed to the buffer bracket, the upper ends and the lower ends of the buffer springs and the impact energy collecting dampers being respectively connected to the buffer bracket and the installation bottom board, and the impact energy collecting dampers being connected to the signal converting and sending device fixed to the installation bottom board through guide lines.

A monitoring system for charging of a super capacitor, comprising three parts, i.e. a power line, monomer super capacitor monitoring subsystems and a master monitoring system, wherein the master monitoring system comprises a charging circuit (2), a power supply unit (7), a master single chip microcomputer (4), a carrier communication module (3), a human-machine interface module (5), a storage unit (6) and an RS-232 module (8); and each of the monomer super capacitor monitoring subsystems comprises a monomer super capacitor (1), a power supply unit (7), a slave single chip microcomputer (11), a carrier communication module (3), a voltage, current and temperature detection unit (9) and a storage unit (6). The master monitoring system charges a super capacitor group through the power line and the charging circuit. The monitoring system can control the charge states of various monomer super capacitors, thereby avoiding the occurrence of an over-charging phenomenon.

An elevator anti-fall buffer based on flexible guidance. The anti-fall buffer is used for connecting and fixing an end part of a braking steel rope of an elevator. The anti-fall buffer has an upper support plate and a lower support plate, wherein a pulley set is provided on the upper support plate and the lower support plate, and a hydraulic damping buffer is provided at two sides of the pulley set. The anti-fall buffer uses the energy consumption principle of a hydraulic damping hole, and while protecting the braking steel rope from the force of impact created thereon by the elevator, prevents the force of impact from a spring on the elevator post-braking, improving the safety and reliability of elevator braking, thereby improving safety of an elevator, while also using a pulley set can increase the braking distance of the braking steel rope, thereby lengthening life of the steel rope.

An adjustable intermediate disk body of large double-layer cage comprises cage columns, a main intermediate disk body, and a chain block and a connecting piece. An intermediate disk guide rail beam is arranged on the inner side of the cage columns, wedge bases are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the lower part of the intermediate disk guide rail beam, a limited block with a bolt hole is arranged on the upper part of the intermediate disk guide rail beam, and an anti-disengaging plate is arranged on the intermediate disk guide rail beam. Intermediate disk wedge bodies, which match the wedge faces of the wedge bases and can only move vertically along the intermediate disk guide rail beams, are arranged on the two side faces of the main intermediate disk body, at positions corresponding to the intermediate disk guide rail beams; an intermediate disk guide wheel that is fitted with the intermediate disk guide rail beam and an intermediate disk guide wheel seat with a bolt hole are arranged on the upper part of the intermediate disk wedge body.

Disclosed is a fall prevention brake buffering system for high-speed mine lift, including brake ropes (2) fixed on two sides of a car (5). One end of the brake rope (2) is fixed on the top part of a vertical well (6), and the other end is fixed on the bottom part of the vertical well (6). A linkage mechanism (11) is arranged at the bottom of the car (5). A buffer (1) is arranged at the top of the brake rope (2), and a tension connector (4) is arranged at the bottom of the brake rope (2). A brake rope safety tong (3) fixed on the brake rope (2) and connected with the linkage mechanism (11) is arranged at the bottom of the car (5). The buffer (1) includes an inverted brake rope gradual safety tong (8) with a buffering rope (9) provided therein and connected with the brake rope (2). A buffering rope clip (10) is arranged on the buffering rope (9). The system is convenient to install, and the buffering force of the brake rope is constant and adjustable. The system realizes reliable fall prevention brake function, greatly improves safety performance during high-speed operation of a lift with non-rigid rails, and increases safety performance during high-speed operation of a mine lift.

The disclosure discloses a system for controlling a multi-point synchronous braking of a monorail hoist and a utilization method thereof. The system comprises a contact detection unit, a common end roller unit, a hydraulic unit, a synchronous control unit and connection cables. The contact detection unit is installed on a brake shoe of a monorail hoist. The common end roller unit is installed on a travelling track and connected with a frame of the monorail hoist. The contact detection unit includes a tube in connection with the brake shoe. A metal probe corresponding to the travelling track is arranged inside the tube. A circular boss is formed on the metal probe. A limiting bolt corresponding to the circular boss is formed on an inner side wall of the tube. The metal probe is contactable with the travelling track or the limiting bolt when the brake shoe brakes.

The present disclosure provides a system for monitoring a scraper chain based on a measurement on transmittance of a torsion spring and a method thereof. The system includes a sprocket-wheel torsion detection device, a fixing device, a wireless receiver, an A/D converter and an industrial computer. In the method, the relative torsion of the two sprocket wheels is converted into the density change of the torsion spring, the light transmission area is converted into the current value by the laser sensing panel, a varying range of the torsion spring is calculated by the industrial computer through the preset threshold and its own program to monitor the operating conditions of the chain. The method has a novel concept, a stable and reliable system, and a high promotion value.

The present invention discloses a dynamic reliability evaluation method for coupling faults of a middle trough of a scraper conveyor. Approximation precision of a moment-based saddlepoint approximation method and a function attribute of dynamic t-copula are fully utilized, and the dynamic reliability evaluation method for the coupling faults of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor is provided, so that dynamic correlation between failure modes of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor under a small sample condition is more accurately described, and accuracy of dynamic reliability evaluation of the coupling faults of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor is improved.

End cage jamming buffer mechanisms are added at both ends of an automatic wire rope tension balancing mechanism, wherein the end cage jamming buffer mechanisms include an end buffer module and an end fixing module, and the end buffer module and the end fixing module are respectively mounted on shafts of the automatic wire rope tension balancing mechanisms at two ends. The end buffer module mainly consists of a buffer bearing pedestal, a limit block, a buffer block, and a stop block sequentially mounted on the shaft of the automatic wire rope tension balancing mechanism at one end. The end fixing module mainly consists of a fixing bearing pedestal and a fixing block mounted on the shaft, wherein the fixing bearing pedestal is connected to a transmission gear by an adjusting bolt.

A traction rope adjustment apparatus includes a traction rope pressing device, and a traction rope pulley apparatus. The traction rope lifting apparatus prevents the traction rope sagging, the traction rope pressing apparatus prevents the traction rope drifting, and the traction rope pulley apparatus enables a car and the counterweight to smoothly pass through the traction rope pressing apparatus, thereby implementing forced guidance of the traction rope and the reliable and smooth running of the car and counterweight. The apparatus can meet the demands of variable gradients and can implement reliable running of an inclined running container in variable gradients, such that the traction rope adapts to the different gradients, solving the challenge of the development of an inclined running container that self-adapts to gradients.
