    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting uplink control information (UCI). By applying technical solutions of embodiments of the present invention, implemented is a method for simultaneously transmitting an ACK/NACK and cycle CSI on a channel resource corresponding to a current subframe: dynamically determining, on the basis of a threshold number of bits simultaneously transmitted with the UCI in the current subframe, also of the maximum number of feedback bits and of the minimum number of feedback bits of the ACK/NACK in the current subframe, ACK/NACK bits and CSI bits simultaneously transmitted in the current frame, thus ensuring that the sum of the bits simultaneously transmitted does not exceed the threshold number of bits simultaneously transmitted with the UCI in the current subframe, preventing as much as possible ACK/NACK merging and CSI discarding, and protecting to the maximum extent the accuracy and completeness of UCI transmission.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a feedback information transmitting method and device, used for addressing a lack of a plan for solving the problem of transmitting uplink control information corresponding to downlink carrier scheduled by a plurality of base stations in a dual connectivity scenario. A terminal of the present invention receives over a first carrier the data scheduled by a first base station, and receives over a second carrier the data scheduled by a second base station; generating first uplink control information for the first carrier, and/or generating second uplink control information for the second carrier; transmitting the generated uplink control information via PUCCH and/or PUSCH over an uplink carrier, the uplink control information comprising at least one of the first uplink control information and the second uplink control information.     Abstract: Disclosed are a response information transmission method, system and device. A base station can configure at least two PUCCH transmission carriers for user equipment, accordingly, the user equipment can select at least one PUCCH transmission carrier from the at least two PUCCH transmission carriers which are configured by the base station to transmit response information fed back on a corresponding subframe, and accordingly, the base station can receive the response information which is fed back by the user equipment on at least one PUCCH transmission carrier. The technical solution increases the number of PUCCH transmission carriers, so that compared with the manner of only configuring one PUCCH transmission carrier in the prior art, the reconfiguration operations caused by the movement of user equipment can be reduced, thereby reducing the condition that UE cannot normally communicate in the process of reconfiguration, and reducing the signaling overhead caused by the reconfiguration operation.

    Abstract: An information transmission method and an information transmission device are provided, so as to determine redundancy versions corresponding to a plurality of consecutive subframes as an identical redundancy version, thereby to enable identical information to be transmitted within the plurality of consecutive subframes after a rate matching and enable an opposite end to perform coherent combination on the information transmitted within the plurality of consecutive subframes.
