    摘要: The invention provides an iron-based multi-phase environmentally-friendly hydrogen storage material, which is prepared by the following method: the Ti, V, Fe, Zr, Ce and Gd metal raw materials are weighed according to a preset chemical formula; then the Ti, V, Fe, Zr, Ce and Gd metal raw materials are vacuum smelted to obtain the first TiVFe alloy ingots; then perform the first heat treatment for the first TiVFe alloy ingots; after the first heat treatment, the first TiVFe alloy ingots are subjected to the first rolling to obtain the second TiVFe alloy ingots; then the second heat treatment is performed on the second TiVFe alloy ingots; and after the second heat treatment, the second TiVFe alloy ingots are subjected to the second rolling to obtain the third TiVFe alloy ingots; and the third TiVFe alloy ingots are then subjected to a third heat treatment.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for improved deblocking filter are disclosed. In one embodiment according to the present invention, determining the non-zero transform coefficients existence for a PU-only boundary is skipped and therefore the deblocking filter for PU-only boundary is eliminated if the condition of boundary strength equal to 1 is not fulfilled to avoid unnecessary deblocking. In another embodiment of the present invention, three gradients are determined for two pixel lines and filter ON/OFF decision is made based on the three gradient values of the two pixel lines. One aspect of the invention is related to filter strength selection between strong and weak filters. According to one embodiment, the filter strength selection is based on various gradient values of a pixel line across the block boundary. Another aspect of the invention is related to the weak filter.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for deblocking of reconstructed video are disclosed. In one embodiment, the method divides a block boundary into two sub-boundaries and separates lines or column across the sub-boundaries into two groups. The deblocking filter decision for each group is determined based on the lines or columns in the respective group. In another embodiment, the method divides block edges of blocks in the LCUs into two edge groups, where the first edge group corresponds to horizontal block edges between two LCUs and the second edge group corresponds to remaining block edges not included in the first edge group. The number of lines processed by a vertical filter in the first edge group is less than the number of lines processed by a vertical filter in the second edge group. Accordingly, a system embodying the present invention has reduced storage requirement.

    摘要: The present invention provides for a method and apparatus for segmenting a multi-media program based upon audio events. In an embodiment a method of classifying an audio stream is provided. This method includes receiving an audio stream. Sampling the audio stream at a predetermined rate and then combining a predetermined number of samples into a clip. A plurality of features are then determined for the clip and are analyzed using a linear approximation algorithm. The clip is then characterized based upon the results of the analysis conducted with the linear approximation algorithm.

In this manner, a user who may be interested in locating a specific piece of multimedia content from a database, Internet, or broadcast media, for example, may search for and find the multimedia content. In this regard, the invention provides a system and method that receives multimedia content and separates the multimedia content into separate components which are assigned to multimedia categories, such as image, video, audio, synthetic and text. The descriptions are then formatted, integrated, using a multimedia integration description scheme, and the multimedia integration description is generated for the multimedia content. The multimedia description is then stored into a database. As a result, a user may query a search engine which then retrieves the multimedia content from the database whose integration description matches the query criteria specified by the user. The search engine can then provide the user a useful search result based on the multimedia integration description.
