    Abstract: A position assurance apparatus, which is used for a connector assembly connected to a signal circuit are provided. The connector assembly comprises a first connector and a second connector, which are connected in pairs, wherein the first connector is connected to the signal circuit, and the second connector is inserted in the first connector. The position assurance apparatus comprises a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, which are electrically connected to each other. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are configured to be electrically connected to the signal circuit by means of the first connector, so as to turn on the signal circuit when the first connector and the second connector are inserted in place.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery box which comprises a lower frame body and a heat exchange assembly, the heat exchange assembly comprises a heat exchange plate, a heat insulating pad, a temperature preserving pad and a protective plate. The heat exchange plate is provided with a flow passage therein; a first part of the heat insulating pad and the circumferential edge of the heat exchange plate are stacked in the up-down direction, the first part of the heat insulating pad is sandwiched between a lower surface of the lower frame body and the upper surface of the circumferential edge of the heat exchange plate; at least a portion of the temperature preserving pad is provided below the heat exchange plate. Therefore, at least the heat transfer in the upward direction between the lower frame body and the circumferential edge of the heat exchange plate is blocked.

The battery module includes: a plurality of battery cells stacked in sequence, the plurality of battery cells being provided with vents; and a circuit board arranged above the plurality of battery cells. The circuit board is provided with a temperature sensing device, and a position of each of the temperature sensing device corresponds to positions of the vents. The temperature sensing device is connected to a battery management system to form a circuit, and the circuit is disconnected when any one of the vents is blasted.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery box, which comprises: a heat exchanging plate; a lower frame positioned on the heat exchanging plate; a protecting plate positioned below the heat exchanging plate; and a self-sealing riveting member fixing the protecting plate, the heat exchanging plate and the lower frame together, the self-sealing riveting member passes through the protecting plate and the heat exchanging plate along an up-down direction, and the self-sealing riveting member is inserted into the lower frame and at least partially exposed to the lower frame, the self-sealing riveting member performs sealing at a first position where the self-sealing riveting member passes through the protecting plate, the self-sealing riveting member performs sealing at a second position where the self-sealing riveting member is inserted into the lower frame. It solves a sealing problem on conventional fasteners, and simplifies the assembling process and reduces the cost.
