    摘要: A fracture detection system and method for a dumbbell pin of a scraper conveyor. The system comprises a scraper conveyor, a wireless ranging apparatus (2), a wireless communication device, a support controller and a monitoring center. The wireless ranging apparatus (2) is mounted on a ramp plate ledge of a scraper conveyor chute (1), and has a laser range finder and a reflection target plate (24) for detecting a relative displacement between any two adjacent chutes. The wireless communication device realizes communication between the wireless ranging apparatus (2) and the support controller, and transmits the displacement of the laser range finder to the support controller in a wireless transmission manner. The support controller controls an action of the scraper conveyor chute (1). A monitoring center is electrically connected to the support controller, and can perform storage processing on relative displacement data of any adjacent chutes. In the method, by taking a relative displacement value between adjacent chutes as a reference, whether a fracture fault occurs in a dumbbell pin is judged, the position of the fractured dumbbell pin can be accurately determined, and a support controller controls a chute action, thereby having a high promotion and usage value.

    摘要: A drilling and bursting heading machine, comprising a drilling and bursting device (1), an angle control device, a forward-backward telescopic device and a cantilever type heading machine (2), wherein the drilling and bursting device (1) is mounted on a forward-backward moving component of the forward-backward telescopic device by means of the angle control device, and the forward-backward telescopic device is mounted on the cantilever type heading machine (2); the drilling and bursting device (1) comprises a fixing support (1-20), as well as a rock drill component and a bursting component fixedly mounted on the fixing support (1-20) respectively; the angle control device comprises a mounting base (1-15), an auxiliary rotary hydraulic motor (1-14), an adjustment hydraulic cylinder (1-13) and a main rotary hydraulic motor (1-12); and when the forward-backward moving component of the forward-backward telescopic device completely extends out, the distance from a front end of the drilling and bursting device (1) to a working plane is shorter than the distance from a front end of a cutting head of the cantilever type heading machine (2) to the working plane. The drilling and bursting heading machine has a compact structure and is able to implement quick drilling and bursting on a hard rock stratum having a rock hardness f greater than 10 without increasing the energy consumption, so that the heading efficiency is improved and potential safety risks are reduced.

    摘要: An intelligent charger with a diagnostic function and a charging method. The intelligent charger includes a control module, a diagnosis module, a charging module, a multi-path switch and a detection module. The control module is sequentially connected to the diagnosis module, the charging module and the multi-path switch; and the detection module is sequentially connected to an external connection terminal of a battery, the multi-path switch and the fault diagnosis module. The charging method includes a charging mode and a diagnosis mode; the diagnosis mode includes a two part function, namely fault diagnosis and lifetime detection; the fault diagnosis is detecting a fault problem which can occur in the battery and providing a prompt; and the lifetime detection is detecting the current capacity of a battery, and determining current battery life through the ratio of current capacity to rated capacity.

    摘要: An energy supply method and device for a monitoring wireless sensor node of a roller. A node energy supply device (2) is arranged on a roller web (1). The node energy supply device (2) comprises a generator (2-1), a disc rail (2-3), an input shaft (2-4), a swing link (2-5), a swing wheel (2-8) and an energy collection module (2-10). The generator (2-1) is driven to rotate using the rotation motion of the roller, the mechanical energy is converted into electric energy by the generator (2-1), and power is supplied to a monitoring wireless sensor node by the energy collection module (2-10). After rectification, filtering and voltage stabilization are conducted on the electric energy generated by cutting a magnetic induction line when the generator (2-1) operates, the energy collection module (2-10) uses the electric energy for charging an internal battery of the monitoring wireless sensor node. When the roller operates, the swing wheel (2-8) will keep vertically downward because of the gravity action thereof, thereby rotating relative to the input shaft (2-4) of the generator (2-1) to drive the generator (2-1) to operate. The present invention has the advantages of simple structure without manual operations, and energy saving and environmental protection.

    摘要: A tensioning device and a tensioning method for a steel wire rope of a cage guide of an ultra-deep vertical shaft. The tensioning device comprises an upper rope clamping device, a rope adjustment guide frame, a lower hydraulic rope locking device, and a lower hydraulic rope adjustment device. The upper rope clamping device is provided with a rope clamp and a pressure sensor. The rope adjustment guide frame comprises a steel frame body, double fixed clamp-plates, a balance weight, and a balance weight steel wire rope. Double moving clamp-plates are disposed in a guide groove of the steel frame body. The double moving clamp-plates are provided with a rope clamp and a lower guide pulley. The double fixed clamp-plates are provided with an upper guide pulley. The balance weight is provided with a fastening joint. Each of the upper rope clamping device, the lower hydraulic rope locking device and the lower hydraulic rope adjustment device comprises a wedged iron block and a shim. Each of the lower hydraulic rope locking device and the lower hydraulic rope adjustment device further comprises a lever wedge adjustment mechanism and a wedge adjustment hydraulic cylinder. A wedge adjustment hydraulic pressing rod is connected to the wedged iron block. The bodies of the wedge adjustment hydraulic cylinders are connected to the shims. The tensioning device and the tensioning method can be used for implementing automatic adjustment and control of the tensile force of the steel wire rope of the cage guide of the ultra-deep vertical shaft.

    摘要: A device for monitoring tension equalization and displacement adjustment states of steel wire ropes of a multi-rope hoister includes a displacement sensor mounted on a steel wire rope tension equalization device, a signal acquisition transmitter designed to store and transmit signals of the displacement sensor, a barometric altimeter designed to detect the depth of a mine shaft where a hoisting container is located, and a wireless receiving and processing system arranged at the well mouth of the mine shaft. A method for use includes collecting the displacement adjustment amounts of the tension equalization devices connected with all the hoisting ropes of the hoisting container and the corresponding depth position of the hoisting container during the up-down running process of the hoisting container by means of the signal acquisition transmitter; judging the maximum displacement adjustment amount measured in the entire hoisting process and the corresponding tension adjustment device and corresponding depth, by receiving and processing data via the wireless receiving and processing system; and, giving an alarm when the maximum adjusted displacement is greater than a preset adjustment threshold.
