The fiber-reinforced epoxy resin material of the present invention comprises a cured product of an epoxy resin composition and a reinforcing fiber, wherein the epoxy resin composition comprises a novolac type epoxy resin as an epoxy resin component, and the cured product of the epoxy resin composition has a swelling ratio in a range from 20 mass % to 44 mass % in methyl ethyl ketone.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball having an excellent flight performance on driver shots. The present invention provides a golf ball comprising a spherical core and at least one cover covering the spherical core, wherein a hardness difference D1 (H75−H0) between a hardness H75 at a point radially located at a distance of 75% from a center of the spherical core and a center hardness H0 of the spherical core is 10 or more and 27 or less in Shore C hardness, and a hardness difference D2 (Hs−H75) between a surface hardness Hs of the spherical core and the hardness H75 at the point radially located at the distance of 75% from the center of the spherical core is 0 or more and 6.5 or less in Shore C hardness.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball traveling a great flight distance. The present invention provides a golf ball comprising a spherical core and a cover covering the spherical core, wherein the golf ball has a ratio (t2/t1) of a time (t2) to a time (t1) of 1.05 or more in a hitting test using a driver (at a head speed of 40 m/sec), wherein the time (t1) is a time taken from a moment that the driver begins to contact with the golf ball to a moment that the golf ball reaches a maximum deformation amount, and the time (t2) is a time taken from the moment that the golf ball reaches the maximum deformation amount to a moment that the golf ball leaves the driver.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a golf club grip comprising a grip end with improved abrasion resistance and a reduced weight. The present invention provides a golf club grip comprising a cylindrical grip body and a grip end attached to a bat-side end of the cylindrical grip body, wherein the grip end comprises a base polymer and a hollow glass filler.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition from which a crosslinked rubber molded product excellent in the resilience performance can be obtained. The present invention provides a rubber composition containing (a) a base rubber, (b) a co-crosslinking agent and (c) a crosslinking initiator, wherein (b) the co-crosslinking agent contains a complex represented by a general formula (1). ((RCOO)8M5(OH)2)n (1) [In the formula (1), M is a metal atom, R is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 18 carbon atoms or an alkynyl group having 2 to 18 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 1 or more. A plurality of R and M may be identical to or different from each other. At least one of R is the alkenyl group having 2 to 18 carbon atoms or the alkynyl group having 2 to 18 carbon atoms.]
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a golf club grip having excellent grip performance under a wet condition. The present invention provides a golf club grip having an outermost surface layer, wherein the outermost surface layer contains (A) a crosslinked rubber and (B) a silica, and has, at at least a part thereof, a region where a spherical silica secondary particle with a particle size of 3 μm or more exists in an amount of at least two particles/mm2. If a spherical silica secondary particle with a particle size of 3 μm or more exists in a given amount at at least a part of the outermost surface layer, the golf club grip has an improved grip performance under a wet condition.
Abstract:
The present invention provides resin compositions for golf balls which have excellent flexibility, fluidity, and resilience, and golf balls formed from the resin compositions. The present invention relates to a resin composition for golf balls including a polymer that contains a diene polymer moiety and a carboxylic acid-based moiety wherein carboxyl groups derived from the carboxylic acid-based moiety are neutralized.
