Abstract:
A substrate processing apparatus includes heat treatment apparatus blocks each comprised of stacked heat treatment apparatuses HP each having temperature adjustment mechanism 70 configured to be able to move a substrate to a heating mechanism and adjust the temperature of the substrate, and includes a cooling liquid supply mechanism 81 that supplies a cooling liquid set for a predetermined temperature to be supplied for each of the heat treatment apparatus blocks HPB, a supply mechanism 99 which branches the cooling liquid supplied from cooling liquid supply mechanism 81 and supplies the cooling liquid to each temperature adjustment mechanism 70 of heating mechanisms in one of the heat treatment apparatus blocks.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to uses of Macrolactin A produced by Bacillus polyfermenticus KJS-2 (KCCM 10769P), which is a new bacillus strain, as an antibiotic. Macrolactin A of the present invention, which is produced by Bacillus polyfermenticus KJS-2, shows a broad spectrum of antibiotic activity against a variety of microorganisms and fungi, and is proved to be very efficient for the inhibition of particularly vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) that are multidrug-resistant bacteria. The antibiotic Macrolactin A produced by Bacillus polyfermenticus KJS-2, can be used as an excellent antibiotic against vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA), and thus the present invention is a very useful invention for medical industry.
Abstract:
An organic EL display device and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. One embodiment of the organic EL display device includes: a light-emitting layer between a first electrode and a second electrode; a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer; and a charge generation layer between the hole injection layer and the hole transport layer. The charge generation layer between the hole injection layer and the hole transport layer results in a low driving voltage, high efficiency and a long lifespan of the organic EL display device.
Abstract:
A method for measuring a location of a mobile station in a mobile communication system includes the steps of: when the mobile station is requested of a pilot strength measurement message (PSMM) by a base station or a handoff is occurred, measuring strengths of pilot channel signals of both an activated set of base stations and a neighbor list set of base stations in specific areas within each sector of each base station; transmitting the PSMM to the base station; comparing the PSMM, in sequence, with strengths of the pilot channel signals from specific areas covered by an activated set of the base stations and a neighbor list set of the base stations which are previously stored in a database; and according to a comparison result acquired from the step c), measuring the location of the mobile station.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wiping apparatus for an ink jet printer, which apparatus prevents the area surrounding the wiping apparatus from being contaminated by ink. The wiping apparatus reduces the amount of ink splashed on the surroundings when a wiper is out of the lower part of a cartridge. The apparatus comprises a housing having an upper part which is open, a cartridge which can be moved from one side to another side in an upper part of the housing, a nozzle for ejecting ink and provided on one side of the cartridge, a wiper installed on an upper part of the housing and made of an elastic material for cleaning the nozzle, a holding unit for holding the wiper and rotatable in a direction of the nozzle when the wiper is bent in one direction for cleaning the nozzle, and an operation unit which operates the holding unit and is provided to move together with the cartridge.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for switching a pickup roller of an inkjet printer to eliminate an unnecessary load due to maintenance of a contact state between the pickup roller and a knockup plate. The device maintains the contact state between the pickup roller and the knockup plate during a paper feed operation by mounting a rotatable cam device on the paper feeder part. The cam separates the pickup roller from the knockup plate according to the rotational direction of the line feed motor 24 as the driving system of the paper feeder part. After the feed operation has ended, the cam separates the pickup roller from the knockup plate and, as a result, an unnecessary load after the paper feed has ended is eliminated. A uniform quality for the line feed can be gained by feeding the paper without an excessive load at the beginning, and accordingly loss of printing quality (white line, etc.) is prevented.
