Abstract:
The injection system of a fuel injection pump is provided. In the injection system of a fuel injection pump, a plunger performs a reciprocating slide motion in the axial direction inside of the plunger chamber of a barrel for compressing fuel. The plunger has a release groove and a control edge. A spill port is formed in the wall surface of the barrel. A damping groove is formed in the upper-part outer circumference of the control edge and provides a fine fuel flow path. The damping groove meets the spill port in advance to form the fine flow of fuel from the plunger chamber to the spill port before the control edge of the plunger meets the spill port to release pressure.
Abstract:
An electronically controlled fuel injection valve can control the time to inject fuel and the amount of fuel to be injected in response to a control signal independently from the operating condition of an engine unlike a traditional mechanical fuel injection valve. The electronically controlled fuel injection valve employs a control method for fuel injection that increases the force of lifting up a cutoff needle of an injection controller by delivering high-pressure fuel to a lower pressure chamber via a control needle, thereby rapidly controlling fuel injection, has a simple structure making it easy to assemble, replace and precisely machine parts, and has a simple flow path structure which facilitates fabrication.

A patterned nonreciprocal optical resonator structure is provided that includes a resonator structure that receives an optical signal. A top cladding layer is deposited on a selective portion of the resonator structure. The top cladding layer is patterned so as to expose the core of the resonator structure defined by the selective portion. A magneto-optically active layer includes a magneto-optical medium being deposited on the exposed core of the resonator structure so as to generate optical non-reciprocity.

A clutch apparatus of a washing machine is provided. The clutch apparatus includes a coupling unit comprising a magnetic unit at least in one part, combined around the basket shaft, and combined with a rotor of the driving motor in a state where the coupling unit moves downward, the coupling unit for transmitting the rotary power of the driving motor to the basket shaft and a solenoid actuator comprising a solenoid coil and fixed to the lower portion of the tub, the solenoid actuator for supplying electromagnetic repulsive force between the solenoid actuator and the coupling unit so that the coupling unit is separated from the rotor of the driving motor, to thus push the coupling unit upward. The clutch apparatus is formed to have a repulsive type structure unlike a conventional attractive type clutch apparatus. Accordingly, it is possible to collision noise generated when the coupling unit rises and to reduce the amount of consumption of power for maintaining a state where the coupling member rises.

A variable inductor of which variable inductance characteristics can be adjusted is provided. The inductor includes: a magnetic core having a preset shape; and a coil part surrounding a portion of the magnetic core and generating a magnetic flux depending on a current flow, wherein the magnetic core includes a first magnetic region formed of a first magnetic material and a second magnetic region formed of a second magnetic material different from the first magnetic material.

The present invention relates to a fuel injection pump having a variable pressure chamber which can adjust a fuel injection timing according to each engine load with a simple structure and a lower manufacture cost compared to the conventional injection pump without a separate apparatus for moving a barrel as well as not modifying a shape of a plunger. The fuel injection pump having the variable pressure chamber further includes a pressure adjustment means including a contact plug of which lower portion is inserted and installed in the upper cover; a cylinder of which lower portion is inserted and installed in the contact plug and having the variable pressure chamber formed inside thereof; a main fuel pressing hole formed in the upper cover and the barrel to connect the variable pressure chamber of the cylinder and a plunger insertion hole of the barrel; a piston installed in the variable pressure chamber of the cylinder to enable an upward and downward sliding motion thereof; and a manual pressure adjustment unit installed on an upper portion of the cylinder to enable a vertical height adjustment to elastically support the upper portion of the piston.

Abstract:
An architecture of the layout of the MTCMOS standard cell designed for low power consumption is supplemented so that the pick-up cells are included in the power line of the MTCMOS cell. Therefore, when the logic circuit is constructed using the library layout of the MTCMOS cell in which the related pick-up cells are not included, pick-up cells consisting of only the ends of the pick-up cells are not needed every 50 μm during the placement of the MTCMOS standard cell. The flexibility of the cell placement may thereby be improved. In addition, since additional space for the pick-up cells is not required, the size of the MTCMOS may be reduced, saving space on the semiconductor substrate.
