    摘要: A method is provided for the contactless determination of the body core temperature of a person (7), wherein the surface temperature of the person (7) is detected at a measuring site (6) on the body by means of a temperature sensor unit (2) arranged at a spaced location therefrom. The sensor signal generated by the temperature sensor unit (2) is sent to an evaluating unit (3) for evaluating the sensor signal and for calculating the body core temperature, and the temperature signal generated in the evaluating unit (3) is sent to a display unit (4) for the optical display of the body core temperature determined. The temperature sensor unit (2) locally identifies a measuring area (8) on the body in a first step and the measuring area (8) on the body is resolved by the temperature sensor unit (2) in a second step such that the measuring site (6) on the body is detected and the detection is carried out by the temperature sensor unit (2) at this measuring site (6) on the body.

    摘要: A thermotherapy device is operated as an incubator or as an open care unit. The care unit has a bed for receiving newborns, which can be closed with a hood (3). At least one heat radiation source (4) is provided. The hood (3) is located between the bed and the heat radiation source (4) when the thermotherapy device is closed and the hood is at least partially transparent to the radiation originating from the heat radiation source (4). The device allows only a small temperature drop during the transfer from the open mode of operation into the closed mode of operation and vice versa.

    摘要: An incubator has a transparent covering hood having at least one side wall on which two flaps are mounted for closing access openings formed in the side wall. The flaps are each provided with a hinge and closure element. The flaps and access openings are so configured that the maximum possible freedom of movement is provided for the person treating the patient while at the same time the smallest possible outlet area is attained to prevent heat and oxygen losses from within the incubator to the ambient. For this purpose, the access openings are configured to be elongated and so that their respective longitudinal axes conjointly define an upwardly facing obtuse angle. To improve visibility for observing the premature infant and to improve ergonomically correct actuation of the operating elements, both the hinge and the closure element are located together on one side of the flap.

    摘要: An incubator or thermotherapy device is provided with a reclining surface and with one or more limiting walls and with openings or removed side walls and with a foot side opening or removed foot-side side wall. Air discharge channels (7, 8, 9), on sides, contain guide elements of a guide device (11) with angles in the range of about 15° to 100° and spoilers of a deflecting device (13) with deflection angles of about 15° to 110°. The air discharge velocity is in the range of about 0.1 m/sec to 1.0 m/sec. The guide elements discharge angle in the front-side discharge channel corresponds to the deflection angle of the spoilers in the discharge channels. The air discharge velocity from the front-side discharge channel has a maximum in the middle of the discharge channel and changes continuously towards the sides to the air discharge velocity from the discharge channels.
