摘要： A data transmitter-receiver for reducing high-frequency noise which leads to a cause of performance deterioration of a radio instrument, and for eliminating dissipation current. The data transmitter-receiver transmits transmitting data to a modulator-demodulator connected to a radio instrument, and receives receiving data from the modulator-demodulator. A terminal controlling section 3 of the data transmitter-receiver performs data processing on the receiving data, thus outputting to a data-terminal, and performs data processing transmitting signal from the data-terminal, thus generating the receiving data. The terminal controlling section causes the low-speed clock LC to generate on the clock generating section during transmission-reception-period both of the receiving data and the transmitting data, and causes the high-speed clock HC to generate on the clock generating section during non-transmission-reception-period both of the receiving data and the transmitting data, both the high-speed clock and the low-speed clock are operating-clock. Furthermore, the operating ratio detector causes the low-speed clock to generate when the operating ratio of the terminal controlling section is low.

Therefore, dot interference in PAL type television standards can be avoided by an easy improvement without increasing the circuit scale.

摘要： A microwave transmitting window for a plasma processing device. The window is a body of one or more pieces of the same or different dielectric materials. A surface of the window facing a microwave transmitting horn or waveguide is planar and extends perpendicularly to an axial direction. An opposite surface of the window is recessed such that the body has a non-uniform thickness between the two surfaces. The recessed surface can have various shapes and the overall size of the window can be equal to the size of a plasma formation chamber of the plasma processing device. The outlet of the plasma formation chamber can be formed in an end wall or the outlet can be formed by the inner periphery of the plasma formation chamber.

摘要： A vehicular system includes a master ECU, a first slave ECU, and a second slave ECU. The second slave ECU transmits a storing request to the master ECU on detection of a malfunction. The master ECU transmits a storing instruction for causing diagnostic information to be stored, on reception of the storing request. The first slave ECU generates diagnostic information on the first slave ECU, on reception of the storing instruction from the master ECU. The first slave ECU further stores the generated diagnostic information in a retention storage medium. The retention storage medium is configured to retain validity determination information in a condition where the first slave ECU is not supplied with electric power source.
