Abstract: A fluid dispensing device includes a housing and a reciprocating piston fluid pump coupled to the housing. The reciprocating piston fluid pump includes a piston disposed within a cylinder. The piston is configured to pressurize at least one pumping chamber. A motor is coupled to the housing and connected to the reciprocating piston fluid pump to actuate the piston. A wobble assembly connects the motor to the piston of the reciprocating piston fluid pump. A spray tip connected to an outlet of the at least one pumping chamber.

Abstract: A pump rod has a head extending from a neck, and the head is received within a drive slot of a drive link. The head includes a projection, and has an area smaller than an area of the head. The projection contacts an inner surface of the drive slot. The drive link may include a projection aligned with a centerline of the drive link. The drive link projection contacts a head of the pump rod. The projections provide a reduced contact area between the pump rod and the drive link, thereby reducing any side-loading on the pump rod and increasing a lifespan of the wear parts.

The one or more channels (50) extend at least partially axially and are open along a length of the channel. The one or more channels are angled offset with respect to the reciprocation axis for imparting a rotational moment on the piston rod to cause rotation of the piston rod during reciprocation of the piston rod. Abstract: A spray roller system for application of architectural paints coating, includes an extension tube, a spray head mounted on a distal end of the extension tube, and the in-line valve with a trigger mounted on a proximal end of the extension tube, and a roller handle removable mounted on the extension tube adjacent the spray head. The spray roller system can spray and back roll a coating on a down stroke and roll on each up stroke. When the roller handle is removed from the extension tube, it can be used to hand roll sensitive wall areas. With the roller handle removed, extension tube, spray head, and in-line valve can be used as a spray extension to apply coatings in hard to reach areas.

Abstract: A clamp is secured to a displacement pump, and the clamp includes an axial ring and a tightening ring. The axial ring is mounted above the tightening ring, and the axial ring is configured to align the displacement pump during mounting and to limit the stoke of a pump rod within the displacement pump. The tightening ring may be tightened such that the axial ring and the tightening ring exert a clamping force on a drive housing, which secures the displacement pump to the drive housing. The tightening ring may receive a projection extending from the drive housing to provide structural support to the drive housing.

The primary drive element is coupled to the housing body and connected to the reciprocating piston fluid pump to actuate the at least one piston. The spray tip is connected to an outlet of at least one of the pumping chambers.
