Abstract: A communication method and a communications apparatus are provided. The method includes determining, by an access network device, resource configuration information, where the resource configuration information indicates a resource used to transmit control information, and the resource indication uses a unit of a resource block group RBG. The method further includes sending, by the access network device, the resource configuration information to the terminal. The method includes receiving, by the terminal, the resource configuration information from the access network device. The method further includes transmitting, by the terminal, control information by using the resource indicated by the resource configuration information.

Abstract: This disclosure provides an information transmission method and a communications device. The method includes: when determining that higher layer signaling is not configured with a scrambling identifier, scrambling or descrambling, by a communications device, data by using a second initial scrambling value, where the scrambling identifier is used by the communications device to determine a first initial scrambling value used for data scrambling or descrambling, and the second initial scrambling value is related to at least one or two of a cell identifier, a radio network temporary identifier, and a reserved bit. Therefore, in the embodiments of this disclosure, when determining that the higher layer is not configured with the scrambling identifier, the communications device scrambles or descrambles the data by using the second initial scrambling value. This resolves a problem in the prior art that a terminal device cannot determine an initial scrambling value used for data scrambling.

The terminal determines, based on the determined first RBG size, the resource allocated by the network device to the terminal.

Abstract: A power control method includes determining priorities of uplink transmission and sidelink transmission, where the uplink transmission is used to transmit uplink information by a first terminal device to a network device, and the sidelink transmission is used to transmit sidelink information by the first terminal device to a second terminal device; determining target information that is in the sidelink information and that overlaps with the uplink information in time domain in a scheduling time unit; determining transmit powers of the uplink information and the target information based on the target information and the priorities of the uplink transmission and the sidelink transmission; and sending the uplink information based on the transmit power of the uplink information, or sending the target information based on the transmit power of the target information.

The foregoing method provides a BWP configuration idea and method, so that the first terminal device can communicate on the first BWP and the second BWP at the same time.

The terminal device also receives information of a correspondence between a data radio bearer (DRB) and the first radio interface technology. The terminal device receives the service on the DRB within the first frequency range using the first radio interface technology. The characteristic information of radio interface technologies respectively supported in each of the N frequency ranges includes frame structure information.

Abstract: A physical downlink control channel transmission method is provided, and the method is used by a wireless network device to send N signal sets, where each signal set is used to transmit control information of one or more terminals, a signal in the signal set includes a PDCCH or a PDCCH and a PCFICH. The method includes: sending, by the wireless network device, each signal set to the terminal on a resource that can be occupied by the signal set, where the wireless network device performs sending processing on each signal set, and the sending processing includes at least one of multiplexing, scrambling, modulation, interleaving, or resource mapping. Interference between signal sets may be canceled, PCFICH and PDCCH transmission reliability may be improved, and the terminal receives the PCFICH and the PDCCH on a resource of a received signal set, to reduce complexity of detecting a signal by the terminal.
