Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a control channel configuration method, a base station, and a terminal device. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a configuration of a time-frequency resource unit from at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit of a control channel; and sending, by the base station, indication information to a terminal device, where the indication information is used to indicate the configuration of the time-frequency resource unit, and the at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit include a first configuration and a second configuration. In the embodiments of this application, the base station can flexibly configure the time-frequency resource unit of the control channel. In addition, flexibly configuring a time-frequency resource unit can reduce a probability that time-frequency resource units of different structures are blocked, thereby reducing complexity of detecting the control channel by the terminal device.

Abstract: A transmission timing information sending method, a transmission timing information receiving method, and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: configuring, by a base station, higher layer signaling, where the higher layer signaling includes at least one transmission timing set used to indicate a transmission timing value, and each of the at least one transmission timing set includes at least one transmission timing value; sending, by the base station, the higher layer signaling to a terminal; determining, by the base station, downlink control information (DCI), where the DCI is used to instruct the terminal to determine a transmission timing value in the at least one transmission timing set, and the determined transmission timing value is a slot that the terminal is instructed to use when sending feedback information; and sending, by the base station, the DCI to the terminal.

Abstract: A packet processing method and device are provided, to save CPU resources consumed by parsing a packet. The method includes: parsing, by an intelligent network interface card, a received first packet to obtain an identifier of the first packet; updating, by the intelligent network interface card, a control field of a first memory buffer based on the identifier of the first packet; storing, by the intelligent network interface card, a payload of the first packet or a packet header and a payload of the first packet into the first address space through DMA based on an aggregation position of the first packet; aggregating, by a host, the first address information and at least one piece of second address information based on an updated control field in the first mbuf; and reading, by a virtual machine, address information, to obtain data in an address space indicated by the address information.

Based on this method, a network device can flexibly indicate a type of system information that needs to be sent.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide a method for receiving reference signal and a method for sending a reference signal. In those embodiments, a terminal device can determine a location of a resource element to which a reference signal is mapped. The terminal device can determine a reference signal sequence corresponding to the resource element. The index of each element in the reference signal sequence is determined based on a resource block index of a resource block corresponding to the resource element, a quantity of resource elements that carry the reference signal in the resource block, a resource block offset, or an inter-symbol offset. The terminal device can receive the reference signal by using the resource element, and performing channel estimation or channel sounding based on the received reference signal and the reference signal sequence. Therefore, the terminal device can complete channel estimation without learning of a system bandwidth.
