Abstract: An information configuration method, a data receiving method, and a device are provided. A first network device configures a first resource set group of a physical downlink control channel set for user equipment, and configures for the user equipment, a second resource set group of a physical downlink control channel for retransmission, where the physical downlink control channel for retransmission is a physical downlink control channel for retransmission corresponding to downlink data indicated by a physical downlink control channel in at least one subset of the physical downlink control channel set. The first network device sends information about the first resource set group and information about the second resource set group to the user equipment.

Abstract: In response to a user equipment (UE) sending data to a first network side device over a first channel and to a second network side device over a second channel, a method includes determining that the first channel separately overlaps the second channel and a third channel. The method further includes allocating, according to priorities of the first channel and the second channel, a first transmit power to the first subframe j and a second transmit power to the second subframe i. The first transmit power is less than or equal to a first power upper limit. A sum of the first transmit power and the second transmit power is less than or equal to a first threshold. A sum of third transmit power of the third subframe i+1 and the first power upper limit is less than or equal to a preset threshold.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method. The method includes: obtaining a slot format of a F-DPCH used for a UE; receiving an ACK message that is sent by a base station on an AICH; determining an F-DPCH frame offset τF-DPCH of the UE and determining a transmission time interval τa-m according to a predefined rule, where the τa-m indicates a time interval between a starting boundary of an access slot when the UE receives the AICH and a time point when the UE starts uplink transmission; receiving an uplink power control command word TPC on the F-DPCH according to the slot format of the F-DPCH and the τF-DPCH; and performing uplink transmission to the base station according to the τa-m.

Abstract: A method is provided to improve resource utilization efficiency of an uplink control channel carrying feedback information, including: a terminal device receives one or more downlink channels carried in one or more first time units, which belong to a time unit set; determines a second time unit for carrying feedback information corresponding to the downlink channels according to a first association relationship between the time unit set and the second time unit; and sends uplink control information including a determined first codebook in the second time unit. When a downlink channel is received in first time units that belong to a subset of the time unit set, and there is a second association relationship between the subset of the time unit set and the second time unit, the first codebook includes only feedback information corresponding to the downlink channel carried in the first time units in the subset.
