Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink control information transmission method, user equipment, and a base station. In a first uplink demodulation reference signal (UL DMRS) pattern, resource elements (Res) in one orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol in an uplink subframe are used to carry the UL DMRS. The method includes: mapping, by user equipment (UE), uplink control information (UCI) to REs in the uplink subframe according to the first UL DMRS pattern, where an OFDM symbol in which the REs carrying the UCI are located is adjacent to the OFDM symbol in which the REs carrying the UL DMRS are located; and sending, by the UE to a base station, the uplink subframe that carries the UCI.

The embodiments of the present invention provide a method for configuring a reference signal, a base station and a user equipment. The method includes: receiving, by a first base station, candidate reference signal configuration information of a second base station transmitted by the second base station, and/or candidate reference signal configuration information of the first base station transmitted by an operation and maintenance entity (OAM); and configuring, by the first base station, a reference signal for a user equipment (UE) according to the candidate reference signal configuration information of the second base station, and/or, configuring, by the first base station, a reference signal for a UE according to the candidate reference signal configuration information of the first base station.

A method for configuring a channel state information reference signal includes dividing access points into a first access point set and a second access point set, configuring a first CSI-RS pilot pattern for a user equipment and allocating the pattern to the first access point set, configuring a second CSI-RS pilot pattern and allocating the pattern to the second access point set, and configuring a third CSI-RS pilot pattern and allocating the pattern to an antenna set formed by a first antenna of a first access point in the first access point set and a first antenna of a first access point in the second access point set; and sending non-zero power CSI-RS configuration information to the user equipment, so that the user equipment measures and reports first downlink channel state information, second downlink channel state information, and third downlink channel state information of the antenna set.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a signal processing method and a terminal. The method includes: receiving a control signal. Channel state information between a coordinated base station and the terminal and between the serving base station and the terminal is determined. Information is about determined time difference or information about a phase difference of arrival between signals sent by the coordinated base station and the serving base station at the terminal according to the channel state information. Adjustment information is sent to the serving base station so that the serving base station adjusts the sending time, phase, or pre-coding manner of the signal according to the adjustment information.

This invention discloses method and apparatus for obtaining channel state information, and relates to the field of communication techniques, capable of reducing signaling and feedback overheads and lowering UE operation complexity. According to the solutions provided in embodiments of this invention, a RS predetermined transmission time and a RS predetermined frequency are transmitted to a UE by any one cell of at least two cells; each cell or cell group out of the at least two cells, according to the RS predetermined transmission time and the RS predetermined frequency, transmits a RS to the UE on different RS resources; the measurement result transmitted by the UE is received, which comprises CSI between any one cell or cell group out of at least two cells and the UE. The solutions provided in embodiments of this invention are applicable when it is required to obtain CSI between multiple cells and a UE.

In the method, after receiving a uniform resource locator (URL) sent by an Internet of things terminal in an authentication process, a network management device obtains a manufacturer usage descriptions (MUD) file based on the URL, and parses the MUD file to obtain content of at least one field included in the MUD file, where the MUD file includes at least one of: a first-type field or a second-type field, the first-type field is used to describe a security isolation requirement, and the second-type field is used to describe a quality assurance requirement.
