Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a quality of service control method, a device, and a system, so as to resolve at least a prior-art problem that proper resource allocation and use cannot be ensured when a service is performed and consequently resource utilization is reduced. The method includes: receiving, by a first network device, first information sent by UE, where the first information includes service information of the UE; determining, by the first network device, second information according to the first information, where the second information includes information used to represent quality of service of the service; and sending, by the first network device, the second information to a second network device. The present disclosure is applicable to the field of mobile communications.
Abstract:
A method for updating a key in an active state is disclosed according to the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes steps of: initiating a key update by a user equipment in the active state or a network side when a pre-defined condition is met; updating the key by the network side and the user equipment, and negotiating an activation time of the new keys. An apparatus for updating a key in an active state is also disclosed according to the present invention. With the present invention, the user equipment in an active state and the network side may actively initiate the key update procedure in different cases, thereby solving the problem concerning the key update for a session in an active state.

A method, device and system for regulating power consumption are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. A method for regulating power consumption includes: obtaining, by a base station, an application point and a configuration parameter; sending, by the base station, an indication message to a terminal according to the application point and configuration parameter; regulating, by the base station, the power consumption of the base station by using the configuration parameter at the application point; the configuration parameter comprises cell antenna information or system bandwidth information; the indication message instructs the terminal to use the configuration parameter at the application point. Under the condition that user's normal communication is remained, the number of cell antennas or the cell bandwidth is dynamically changed. This reduces the power consumption of the network device.

Disclosed are an adaptive frequency domain resource configuration method, an apparatus, and a communications system. The method includes receiving, by a receiving apparatus, a pilot signal transmitted by a transmitting apparatus and feeding back channel information of a channel for transmitting the pilot signal to the transmitting apparatus by measuring the pilot signal, so that the transmitting apparatus divides a bandwidth frequency of the transmitting apparatus according to the channel information. The receiving apparatus can feed back the channel information to the transmitting apparatus according to the received pilot signal, so that the transmitting apparatus can divide the bandwidth frequency according to channel quality, and adaptive adjustment can be performed on a frequency domain resource of each subcarrier according to the channel information fed back by the receiving apparatus.

The method includes receiving, by a target evolution NodeB (T-eNB), identity information sent from a user equipment (UE), the identity information being allocated to the UE by a source evolution NodeB (S-eNB); and sending, by the T-eNB, parameters to the UE if identity information, matching the received identity information sent from the UE, is available in the T-eNB, wherein the parameters are allocated to the UE. The apparatus includes a receiving module and a sending module.
Abstract:
A method, terminal, system and computer readable medium for cell reselection are disclosed. When in a cell of a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, the terminal receives a message from the LTE system. The message includes a dedicated priority list for the cell reselection. When the terminal camps on a cell of a non-LTE system, the terminal performs inter-system cell reselection in accordance with the dedicated priority list before a valid time of the dedicated priority list expires. With the discloses method, terminal and system, the problems of establishing a dedicated priority list causes too much increased signaling and too high costs for network update in the prior art when perform inter-system cell (re)selection are effectively resolved.
