    Abstract: An SRS transmission method is provided, including: determining a quantity of ports corresponding to each of a plurality of SRS resources on a first time domain resource, where the plurality of SRS resources belong to a first SRS resource set; determining, based on the quantity of ports and transmit power corresponding, in a first time unit, to the first SRS resource set, transmit power of each port corresponding to each of the plurality of SRS resources, where a sum of transmit power of all ports corresponding to the plurality of SRS resources is less than or equal to transmit power corresponding to the first SRS resource set, and the first time unit includes the first time domain resource; and simultaneously transmitting, on the first time domain resource based on the transmit power of each port, SRSs carried in the plurality of SRS resources.

    Abstract: An information sending method and device are provided, which include: obtaining M pieces of code block information corresponding to one codeword; performing the following processing on each of the M pieces of code block information to obtain N layers of output bit information: obtaining a quantity K of layers corresponding to one piece of the M pieces of code block information; obtaining a quantity of bits output after rate matching is performed on the one piece of code block information; and obtaining K layers of output bit information of the one piece of code block information based on the quantity of layers corresponding to the one piece of code block information and the quantity of bits output after rate matching is performed on the one piece of code block information; and modulating the N layers of output bit information and sending the modulated N layers of output bit information.

The method includes: generating, by a transmit node, a first signal; and sending, by the transmit node, the first signal on a first resource, where a transmit power of the first signal is non-zero, the first signal is superimposed on a third signal sent on the first resource, and the third signal is used by a receive node to obtain a first interference power, where the transmit node sends no signal on a second resource, there is a fourth signal on the second resource, the fourth signal is used by the receive node to obtain a second interference power, and the first interference power and the second interference power are used to obtain an interference power of the transmit node on the receive node.

    Abstract: A resource configuration method and an apparatus are provided. The resource configuration method includes: receiving, by user equipment, configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information is used to indicate at least one time interval and at least one time-frequency resource unit within the time interval, and the time-frequency resource unit includes a first time-frequency resource subunit and/or a second time-frequency resource subunit; and reconfiguring, by the user equipment, a resource mapping manner and/or a rate matching manner based on the configuration information, so that no downlink receiving or uplink sending is performed by the user equipment on the first time-frequency resource subunit, and adjusting a timing offset of the second time-frequency resource subunit to perform downlink receiving or uplink sending on the second time-frequency resource subunit obtained by adjusting the timing offset. Resource utilization can be improved while ensuring that the user equipment correctly receives data.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wireless network coverage enhancement method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a downlink signal sent by a network device; determining, by the terminal, a first coverage level of the terminal according to the downlink signal; determining, by the terminal, an uplink communications parameter according to the first coverage level; and sending, by the terminal, an uplink signal to the network device according to the uplink communications parameter. According to the method in embodiments of the present invention, a probability of successfully receiving the uplink signal is improved. Therefore, the network device does not need to send a NACK to the terminal, so that overheads of an air interface between the terminal and the network device are reduced, a period in which the terminal performs coverage enhancement is shortened, and power consumption of the terminal is reduced.
