摘要: A safety device for preventing overcharging of a battery includes: a battery stack including a plurality of cells; a safety circuit connected to two or more cells and provided with an electrical conduction control unit that controls electrical conduction; and a closed circuit disposed between the cells connected to the safety circuit and provided with a switching unit which is switched on or off upon cell swelling, such that when cell swelling occurs, the switching unit is switched on by a pressing force, disabling the electrical conduction control unit of the safety circuit so electrical conduction between the cells is established via the switching unit, and when cell swelling occurs again, the switching unit is switched off, cutting off the electrical conduction between the cells.

摘要: An apparatus for preventing battery overcharge is provided and includes a plurality of holders interposed between cells stacked within a battery to enclose the cells in a stacking direction. An installation space is formed between outer parts of at least two holders that enclose the cells. In addition, a fluid pouch is disposed within the installation space and adjacent to the cells inside the installation space, and contains a fluid therein. A cutting part is disposed within the installation space and has a first end disposed adjacent to the fluid pouch, and has a cutter edge heading between a lead tab and a bus bar at a second end of the cutting part.

摘要: An embodiment battery module includes a plurality of battery cells provided as a pouch type, a plurality of cartridges, each of the cartridges holding the battery cells that are adjacent to each other and form a pair, a sensing block coupled to a lateral side of the plurality of cartridges to bind the plurality of cartridges to each other, the sensing block including a first connector configured to electrically connect the plurality of battery cells and a second connector configured to measure voltage of the plurality of battery cells, and a lateral cover coupled to an outward side of the sensing block to bind the sensing block and the plurality of cartridges to each other, the lateral cover including a first opening that exposes the first connector to an outside and a second opening that exposes the second connector to the outside.

摘要: A vehicle battery module includes battery cells and a plurality of cooling tubes, each provided to correspond to one of the battery cells and disposed either above or below, or both above and below the corresponding one of the battery cells. The battery module includes connectors each connecting one of the battery cells to a corresponding one of the cooling tubes so as to cool the battery cell through the cooling tube. A cartridge is configured to fix positions of the plurality of cooling tubes and a case is coupled to outer sides of the battery cells in a state in which the battery cells, the connectors, and the cartridge are assembled. A cooling pipe is connected to the plurality of cooling tubes so as to supply a cooling medium to each of the cooling tubes.
