摘要: A battery module for a vehicle is provided. The battery module includes a cell assembly that has a plurality of battery cells stacked on top of each other in one direction. A cooling channel integrated plate is positioned to face the cell assembly in a direction that is perpendicular to the direction in which the battery cells are stacked. The cooling channel integrated plate includes a cooling passage formed therein and cooling water flows through the cooling passage. A thermally conductive adhesive layer adheres the cell assembly and the cooling channel integrated plate to each other.

摘要: A battery module having a cooling structure with a minimized size while providing high cooling efficiency is provided. The battery module includes a front plate and a rear plate that are arranged at a front side and a rear side of a battery pack in which a plurality of battery cells is stacked and a heat-dissipating member that is arranged under the battery pack and absorbs heat generated by the battery pack. Additionally, side plates are arranged at lateral ends of the front plate and the rear plate, arranged to be in contact with respective lateral ends of the heat-dissipating member, and include a cooling channel through which a coolant circulates to cool the battery pack.

摘要: A safety device for preventing overcharging of a battery includes: a battery stack including a plurality of cells; a safety circuit connected to two or more cells and provided with an electrical conduction control unit that controls electrical conduction; and a closed circuit disposed between the cells connected to the safety circuit and provided with a switching unit which is switched on or off upon cell swelling, such that when cell swelling occurs, the switching unit is switched on by a pressing force, disabling the electrical conduction control unit of the safety circuit so electrical conduction between the cells is established via the switching unit, and when cell swelling occurs again, the switching unit is switched off, cutting off the electrical conduction between the cells.

An installation space is formed between outer parts of at least two holders that enclose the cells. In addition, a fluid pouch is disposed within the installation space and adjacent to the cells inside the installation space, and contains a fluid therein. A cutting part is disposed within the installation space and has a first end disposed adjacent to the fluid pouch, and has a cutter edge heading between a lead tab and a bus bar at a second end of the cutting part.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a battery cooling duct. The duct includes a suction portion disposed between a rear seat and a floor panel of a vehicle, an inlet of the suction portion fluidly communicating with an interior of the vehicle to suction interior air. An extension portion is formed by extending an outlet side of the suction portion to a rear of the vehicle, e.g. a trunk, between the rear seat and the floor panel, and defines a passageway configured to allow the interior air to pass therethrough. A discharge portion extends from an outlet of the extension portion to the rear of the vehicle, and discharges the interior air passed through the extension portion, through an outlet of the discharge portion to the battery of the vehicle.

摘要: A battery-cooling device for a vehicle is provided. The device includes a plurality of frames provided with battery cells mounted thereto and having apertures provided in opposite side surfaces of lower ends of the frames. A pipe is inserted through the apertures. A coolant inlet is mounted on a first side surface of a lower end of each of the plurality of frames and communicates with a first end of the pipe. A coolant is introduced into the coolant inlet. Additionally, a coolant outlet is mounted on a second side surface of the lower end of each of the plurality of frames and communicates with a second end of the pipe. The coolant is then discharged from the coolant outlet.

A surface pressure patch is disposed between the end cover of the battery module and the side wall which are disposed in the receiving space, and is configured to apply a pressure to an inside of the battery module when an interval between the end cover and the side wall is closer to a predetermined interval due to swelling of the battery cell.
