    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide an organic light-emitting display of high light-emitting efficiency. The organic light-emitting element comprising a board, upper electrode, lower electrode, a plurality of light-emitting units placed between the upper and lower electrodes, and a charge-generating layer placed between a plurality of the light-emitting units, wherein one of the light-emitting units has a layer for emitting monochromatic light and one of the light-emitting units has a layer for emitting polychromatic light, the former unit having an equivalent or lower light-emitting efficiency than the latter unit.

    摘要: A scanning line, signal line, first current supply line, and second current supply line are formed on a glass substrate. A first electrode is formed thereon; and, an organic layer, including a hole transport layer, light-emitting layer, electron transport layer, and electron injection layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode is formed as a cathode on the electron injection layer. The first electrode, serving as an anode, is connected to a plus terminal of a power source through driving devices and first current supply line, whereas the second electrode is connected to a minus terminal of the power source and is connected to the second current supply line in the display region of each pixel, with a contact hole serving as a feeding point, whereby the wiring resistance of the second electrode is reduced, and variations in the brightness of the panel is reduced.

    摘要: A device for producing a color filter includes a part for storing a solution in which a light transmitting material is dissolved, a part for feeding the solution to a tip of a flying electrode, a part for applying a voltage between the tip of the flying electrode and an electro-conductive material of a color filter substrate so as to form an electrostatic field, and a part for relatively shifting the tip of the flying electrode and the color filter substrate with respect to one another in at least one of a perpendicular direction and to a horizontal direction. The solution is formed into a stringy beam which is let to fly onto the color filter substrate so that the solution is injected into a concavity formed and surrounded by a black matrix on the color filter substrate, arid forms red, green and blue light emitting layers.

    摘要: In order to achieve the increased efficiency of an organic light-emitting element, there is a need to reduce the influence of non-radiative recombination of electron-hole pairs except for surface plasmon polariton excitation, to convert most of exciton energy into visible light, and to tremendously improve the luminous efficiency of the organic light-emitting element. An organic light-emitting element according to the present invention includes a reflective electrode, a transparent electrode, and a light-emitting layer placed between the reflective electrode and the transparent electrode, and the organic light-emitting element is configured so that the light-emitting layer contains a host and a first dopant, and for the first dopant, one of the vertical component and horizontal component of the average value for transition dipole moments with respect to a substrate surface is larger than the other of the components.
