    摘要: The present invention relates to a display device for providing charges discharged from data lines to a battery. The display device includes data lines, scan lines, pixels, a charge storing circuit and a discharging circuit. The pixels are formed in cross areas of the data lines and the scan lines, and driven on the basis of a driving voltage. The charge storing circuit is coupled to at least one data line during a first sub-discharge time of a discharge time, and stores electric charges discharged from the data line during the first sub-discharge time. The discharging circuit is coupled to the data line during a second sub-discharge time of the discharge time, and discharges the data line up to a certain discharge voltage during the second sub-discharge time.

    摘要: Disclosed is a full color flat display panel by using an organic electro-luminescent(EL) device, a manufacturing method thereof and a driving circuit of the organic EL device, in particular, which includes first, second and third pixels, a plurality of first electrodes, and a plurality of second electrodes perpendicularly intersecting the first electrodes, in which each of the first, second and third light emitting pixels is arranged in each of intersecting positions of the first and second electrodes. Light emitting pixels are arranged to have different areas according to luminous efficiency so that a red light emitting area with relatively poorer efficiency is sized larger than a blue or green light emitting area thereby manufacturing an efficient full color organic EL display panel. Also, the influence from the line resistance in the anode lines and the cathode lines is reduced when a constant current is introduced into the device structured of the RGB array in order to realize the white light as full color. Thus, the voltage loss on the line resistance is prevented and the area ratio of the device is adjusted to make each of the RGB pixels for generating the white light have the similar value of drive voltage thereby minimizing power loss.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying power source for providing certain voltage to a first display device and a second display device. The apparatus for supplying power source includes a boosting circuit, a boosted voltage detecting circuit and an output selecting circuit. The boosting circuit boosts a battery voltage. The boosted voltage detecting circuit detects the boosted battery voltage, and transmits the detection result to the boosting circuit. The output selecting circuit is coupled to the boosting circuit and the boosted voltage detecting circuit, and provides selectively the boosted battery voltage to a first display device and a second display device. The apparatus provides certain voltage to a first display device and/or a second display device, and thus the size of a dual panel apparatus employing the display devices may be reduced.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a light emitting display device, such as an organic electroluminescent device, and a method for manufacturing the same. Particularly, the present invention relates to reducing electrical resistance between the scan lines and the cathode electrode layers so that scan line signals do not degrade significantly degrade. One way to achieve this is to use materials to form the conducting layers of the scan line and the cathode electrode layers such that the conductivities of the conducting layers and the cathode electrode layer are as identical as possible. For example, if a same metal such as aluminum is used to form both the conducting layer and the cathode electrode layer, the resistance would be significantly lowered. In addition, a large contacting area may be provided.
