摘要： A thermoplastic resin composition containing polyphenylene oxide resin is provided, which is superior in processability and impact resistance as well as heat resistance, chemical resistance and hardness, said thermoplastic resin composition comprising(A) polyphenylene oxide resin or a resin composition containing the same, and(B) ethylene copolymer comprising 50-90% by weight of ethylene, 5-49% by weight of alkyl ester of .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid and 0.5-10% by weight of maleic anhydride.
