摘要： Disclosed are an adhesive agent composition which has high chemical resistance and solvent resistance and is curable at around room temperature, an inkjet head which has good durability and jetting performance even in the case of using solvent ink, and a manufacturing method of the inkjet head. For these characteristics, the adhesive agent composition contains, as an activator, an imidazole derivative in which an alkyl group or a substituted alkyl group is substituted at the 1-postion or at the 1- and 2-positions, and as a base, a compound having three or more epoxy groups.

摘要： A method for manufacturing an inkjet head, which jets, by shear deformation of a partition wall, an ink in an ink flow path. The method includes the steps of: forming a metal electrode on a surface of the partition wall; coating an adhesive agent on the cover board; superposing the cover board onto an upper end surface of the partition wall under a condition wherein the hardness of the adhesive agent is not less than 105 dyne/cm2, so that the ink flow path is formed with the partition wall and the cover plate; and pressing the channel board and the cover board under the hardness condition wherein the hardness of the adhesive agent is not less than 105 dyne/cm2 and not greater than 109 dyne/cm2.

摘要： A method of manufacture an ink jet head in which an ink is jetted from a nozzle hole by applying an electric voltage to an electrode so as to deform ink chambers divided by a partition wall. The method includes the steps of providing plural piezoelectric base plates having polarization side by side on a first non-piezoelectric plate, forming plural grooves for the ink chambers on the piezoelectric base plates and at connecting portions where each edge of the plural piezoelectric base plates provided side by side comes to face other edge; and mounting a second non-piezoelectric base plate on the plural piezoelectric base plates as so to cover the plural grooves so that the ink chambers divided by the partition wall are formed.

摘要： A developing apparatus includes a control electrode assembly provided in an upstream portion of a developing area of a developing sleeve that is opposed to an image retainer. The control electrode assembly is provided with an insulating member so that it can be located close to the developing sleeve or it can be contacted with the developing sleeve. An end portion of the control electrode is protruded onto a downstream side with respect to an end portion of the insulating member so that a toner cloud can be generated immediately before the developing area.
