    摘要： A method for detecting a fluidity of powder includes the steps of: (a) making the powder come into contact with a surface of a piezoelectric element which is parallel with an oscillating direction of the piezoelectric element that generates traverse wave oscillations; (b) detecting electrical characteristics of the piezoelectric element under a condition of resonance; and (c) detecting the fluidity of the powder in accordance with a change in the electrical characteristics with respect to a reference value.

The invention also provides said medium when it contains a fungicide and a method for making the claimed combination and components thereof.

    摘要： A power generator according to an embodiment includes a rotor shaft, a slip ring, a detecting shaft, and a position sensor. The rotor shaft through which wires from a propeller are inserted rotates with the propeller. The slip ring is coupled to the rotor shaft at one end. The detecting shaft is provided at the other end of the slip ring and rotates along with the rotor shaft. The position sensor detects the rotational position of the detecting shaft, thereby detecting the rotational position of the propeller.

    摘要： In construction of a plastic molded semiconductor package provided with a heat sink and electrically conductive leads attached to the periphery of the heat sink, a conventional electrically insulating, adhesive bonding tape is replaced by a non-adhesive insulating sheet and support bars are locally provided in a lead frame between the leads. For uniting the leads to the heat sink, the support bars are fixed to the heat sink whilst sandwiching the insulating sheet. No use of the adhesive bonding tape greatly reduces intrusion of contaminants into the package, simplifies the production process and lowers the production cost.
