A plate-like-object manufacturing method includes a step of forming a plate-like object by stacking a plurality of plates and arranging a plurality of channels, through which a cooling medium flows, side-by-side between the plurality of plates; and a step of arranging a plurality of the plate-like objects side-by-side in a direction in which the channels are arranged, butting the plurality of plate-like objects against each other, and performing welding at an abutment section. The channels adjacent to the abutment section extend along the abutment section and have a greater dimension in the direction in which the channels are arranged, as compared with that of other channels.

    摘要: There are provided a method for removing a blade ring by pulling out the blade ring smoothly and surely while preventing damage to other components, and a member for removing a blade ring. By using a dummy blade ring, connection plates, and connecting bolts, work for removing and mounting a lower half section of the blade ring is performed. Thereby, work of rotation and the like can be performed while the lower half section of the blade ring and the dummy blade ring are connected to each other in both end portions. Therefore, during the work, the lower half section of the blade ring and the dummy blade ring are prevented from shifting from each other and therefore from interfering with the opposed rotor blade tip, a lower half section of a casing, and the like, thus preventing damage to the tip, distortion of the lower half section of the blade ring and the dummy blade ring, and the like. Consequently, a stator blade ring can be pulled out smoothly and surely.

    摘要: A silicon resin is applied to the outer wall of the transition piece of a gas turbine subjected to the thermal barrier coating by caulking the cooling holes provided in the inner wall by a resin. Then, the transition piece is heated in an atmosphere furnace in order to burn or decompose the resin. A part of the silicon resin applied to the outer wall of the transition piece is decomposed or evaporated by the heating to be discharged to the atmosphere in the furnace, but a part of the silicon resin remains and protects the outer wall.

    摘要: A gas turbine blade ring is cooled by steam whose temperature, pressure and flow rate are controlled so that a clearance between a moving blade tip and blade ring is maintained appropriately. Steam from a steam turbine bottoming cycle (10) flows into a blade ring cooling passage (8) of a gas turbine (1) via piping (12) for cooling the blade ring. The steam, having cooled the blade ring, is supplied into a transition piece cooling passage (9) of a combustor (3) for cooling the transition piece, and is then recovered into the steam turbine bottoming cycle (10) via piping (14). While the steam cools the blade ring, the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the steam are controlled so that thermal elongation of the blade ring is adjusted and the clearance at the moving blade tip is controlled so as to approach a target value. Thus, the clearance is maintained as small as possible in operation and the gas turbine performance is enhanced.
