摘要: A wristwatch case (11) and a method of manufacturing the case, the wristwatch case comprising a wristwatch case body (1) made of titanium or stainless steel and a crown pipe (3) fixed to each other, wherein a stem hole (2) corresponding to the crown pipe (3) is formed in the wristwatch case body (1), a small diameter part is formed in the crown pipe (3), and a small diameter part corresponding to the a small diameter part of the crown pipe is formed in the stem hole (2), the method comprising the step of fitting the crown pipe (3) into the stem hole (2) in the wristwatch case body (1) to form a solid phase diffusion joining part at a portion where the small diameter parts thereof are fitted closely to each other, and to form a brazed connection part at a portion other than that where the small diameter parts are fitted closely to each other, whereby a watch external part having excellent corrosion resistance and waterproof and a large number of design variations can be provided.

摘要: One wristwatch case, wherein a pipe is fixedly connected thereto and a connection interface between the wristwatch case and the pipe is not present substantially; the method of fixing the wristwatch, comprising the steps of providing a through-hole in the wristwatch case, press fitting the pipe of 0 mm or larger in press fitting tolerance (pipe outer diameter—through-hole diameter) between the through-hole and the pipe, and heating the wristwatch case after the press fitting step; the other wristwatch case, wherein a pipe is fixedly connected thereto through a diffusion layer; the method of fixing the pipe of the wristwatch case, comprising the steps of forming a through-hole in the wristwatch case, press fitting the pipe of 0 mm or larger in press fitting tolerance (outer diameter of pipe having a metal film formed on the surface thereof—diameter of through-hole) between the through-hole and the pipe having a metal film formed on the surface thereof, and heating the wristwatch case in vacuum or reducing gas atmosphere after the press fitting step.

摘要: A paper supplying apparatus has a rotatable member around a horizontal axis, a pair of clamp plates supported by this rotatable member mutually parallel and in face-to-face relationship for clamping a book block in between, and guide plates each attached to an associated one of these clamp plates, extending downward from the clamp plates to a lower edge part of the book block when the book block is held vertically. Such a paper supplying apparatus can be removably connected to a book binding machine by attaching a guide rail to an outer wall of the book binding machine and a runner to the paper supplying apparatus. The runner is slidably engageable with the guide rail, allowing the paper supplying apparatus to move along the guide rail selectably towards or away from the book binding machine.

摘要: A three side trimmer is provided with a trimming table having a base, a first cutting stick fixed on the base opposed to a front edge trimming cutter in order to receive the knife edge of the front edge trimming cutter and, a table structure including a pair of elemental plates movable on the base along a direction parallel to the length of the first cutting stick. The first elemental plate of the table structure is provided with a second cutting stick arranged perpendicular to the first cutting stick in order to receive the knife edge of a top edge trimming cutter. The second elemental plate of the table structure is provided with a third cutting stick arranged perpendicular to the first cutting stick in order to receive the knife edge of a foot edge trimming cutter. The three side trimmer makes it possible to trim the three sides of the binding objects of different sizes without exchanging the trimming tables.
